Caravanboy, unfortunately we do have a 100k seller with us at the moment, guess that's an ex warrant holder selling down, hopefully market will absorb them but they are an anchor on the share price for now.

Seems like PIs are nervous re buying even at these levels, volumes today all buys but small (av 10k) may indicate people are being cautious due to large seller yesterday sitting in the wings with more to drop just waiting for enough buys so they can do their thing. With none having notifiable interests from the recent warrants conversion we won't who the sellers are or even if they actually are ex warrant holders. All a bit grey for those wanting to buy in but wanting the playing field to be fair when they do. That said, don't see much downside from here except MMs reacting to sellers short term if they continue. With news due on so many fronts it is surprising anyone wants out or to reduce their interest here but each to their own. Would be nice to see recs./coverage from other parties as TP updates and updates from various little known Twatter parties are great but seem to have little if any effect. Insti buying would be even better now we are a £50m MCAP company and not trading in sub penny pricing but I guess they don't have DVRG on their radar yet.

On the move today on very very small buy volumes, just imagine what could happen here with some real volume buying....

I make it we have @1m 20p warrants left to be exercised? Once they are done, no more until 2023/2024.

Question remains (as always) will those converted shares be held or sold, I doubt we will ever know officially as there are none with notifiable holdings.

Try charting the SPs of SKIN and MWG from the mid/end of August 2020 to now....I think that's the point that Speedic is making

I also get the feeling alot of PIs are simply throwing in the towel here after so many false dawns on the share price which has failed again and again and again to break out from it range bound nightmare. Where are the bigger players buying into a £50m MCAP company to give us some stability (wasn't that a reason for the share consolidation last year). I could go on and on and on but I will stop now as it upsets some folk on here. Fingers still xxxd for something/anything that shifts this above 35p one and for all.

Speedic I feel your pain. Has been a rotten 9 months of no gains from this stock after what was amazing growth in SKIN and MWG previously. The merger has not delivered in terms of the share price full stop. I could double or trebled my money elsewhere and have done well on almost anything else I have bought so this frustrating and has become tough hold but in too deep now to give up at the last minute (FOMO has me by the cohonas).

However, the transformational work achieved here at Labskin, MWG, Microsaic has and will continue to improve the company prospects massively. I think the SP just got ahead of the company and it's still got a lot of "enterprise value" in it for a £10m turnover company. That will change and re-rate accordingly, just need those ££££s to be reported.

2 May is the last date that 2m 20p warrants can be exercised. That means converted from warrants to DVRG shares. It is then for the relevant companies to decide if they will retain the shares or sell them when it suits them and the market will accept them. They could could just decide to hold them or sell them down is small or large tranches as it suits them, in terms of timing when they sell, well it's up to them, how many and when and how often etc etc. In reality 2m is not large, average daily trades in DVRG are around 1m so could easily be absorbed over a few days or more.

Can we buy shares in Turner pope? They have made millions in profit out of dvrg but without doing anything for it... Easy money for them.

We don't know is the answer but Mr 50k is still at it

Maybe if DVRG stopped updating the market with good news all the time the SP might rise for a change, after all it's worked in the past.....nothing but good news lately via RNS re Skintrust, Management share buying and JV in China but PIs only seem focused on the bloody TP 7m warrants being converted and sold.....

And another thing, my share that came back from dead recently is up 11% today with just 7 low value trades, no RNS, no major volumes, nothing, DVRG issues a RNS joint Venture with a major Chines player and barely registers any gains.....feckin mad world ain't it

Chesh, do you not find it incredible how that whatever news DVRG releases, we always see more sellers than buyers...have PIs now become so used to this pattern that they go on auto pilot and just hit the sell button whenever they see an RNS release (bit like Pavlov's dogs being trained to react to specific signals or stepford wives, they can't help themselves) or is it that our beloved MMs want to make us all day traders here?

Seems like the winnifrith orcs are all out to play here today...honestly why do they even bother, no one is interested in their agenda ridden posts eh tonybigs.

I thought MW has a location is china? Must not be doing so well i guess. And you can say goodbye to all your tech, the Chinese government owns it now. And equipment made in China? Cheap rubbish is what they will will supply. Put a fork in this one! It all smells of desperation!!

Don't let these guys get you down. More then likely a few are DV employees. I have seen it before, with rubbish companies. You can tell because they always end with DYOR. This is to protect them. Just ask them if they work for DV. You can weed them out.

So this water genius from a few days ago had me fuming with his or her baseless accusations. Well baseless until I did some research. Muggs was kind enough to give the website for DVs competition in the water toxicity market. Does anyone else recognize the 4th name down? https://aqua-sci.com/distributors/ . It looks like DV did loose Italy to the competition. (I was under the impression they had a good relationship with DV) what happened? What else did WG say that was true?
GB, can DV make quality reagents? How much of the market has been lost? I belive the investors deserve some explanation..
