Anyone else feel like today has been flat as a pancake here and elsewhere? Not much happening at all....where's Chesh when we need him to lift our spirits or is he off cruising again?

(Alliance News) - Carnival PLC on Monday said some of its units have resumed cruises in Europe and the Caribbean as it eyes restarting US voyages in July, amid regulatory talks.

AIDA Cruises, Costa Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises, Seabourn and P&O Cruises have begun sailing from global ports in Europe and the Caribbean, Carnival said.

"Additionally, as the company continues to work with authorities to resume sailing in the US, its Carnival Cruise Line brand has announced possible US restart plans and hopes to begin operating sailings in July on three ships from ports in Miami and Galveston, Texas. The company and several of its brands are also hopeful that cruises will be allowed to sail to Alaska for part of the summer," Carnival added.

"Collectively, the brands resuming sailings from global ports over the next several months will be using a gradual, phased-in approach, including limited itineraries that have been announced on 16 initial ships to date, representing nearly 20% of the company's global fleet."

The initial cruises will have a limited capacity, as well has "enhanced health protocols".

Just to add, 5,000 active clients at any one time would equate to just under 230 tests a day assuming 22 working days a month.

To be honest Glebe, I think I might be looking at the low end numbers. GB has said they are max capacity right now which I understand is 5,000 customers. Assuming, capacity is for 5,000 users a month to be taken on rather than 5,000 being the absolute max limit full stop (which would be silly imo) then I am happy to work on 5,000 new clients a month being "manageable" and each paying £170.00 per year (absolute lowest end number) then £10m incomes over 12 months would be the figure assuming the run rates stays the same ie 5,000 new users paying £170 each PA being taken on every month and that's the low end.

I might have this totally wrong but I am assuming they can take on board 5,000 customers per month, each paying a total of say £170.00 per annum, gives us a total for 12 months of

Would be good get a daily run rate of new customer registrations...if its really 8 per day at £170 each then £0.5m pa. Pretty sure GB was looking at 50 = £3.1m.....thoughts guys

So £170 per customer registration for the cheapest package and we have 4,057 and assuming they took the cheapest package that's £690k in a month give or take.....times that by 12 months = £8.3m....of course monthly registration figures could change up or down and packages may vary...but I am still trying to get my head round these numbers.....all from a soft launch on one app only.....I think I'm gonna need a bigger faster calculator?
