Reasons for the Placing and Use of Proceeds

As Ethernity continues to implement its strategy of becoming a supplier of customised and differentiated system solutions, the Placing will serve to position the Company in a stronger position for the next stage of its development and growth.

Total Shares post placing = 67 Million shares

Only 25 Billion shares issued to date of course......how is that even allowed?

If I was the management here I would be looking to find a way out of the UK by whatever means works for them, then they can hang onto their Jobs and IP.

Going private looks a lot more attractive where UK Listed small cap pharmas like this are concerned as they can attract private investment direct to their business. A few have done that already and OBD must be considering it as going back to Mr Market again would be really difficult for all concerned and I doubt they could raise the money they really need.

Company was burning through £1m a month in 2025 (re the results) and raised £7m (before expenses) and had £1.4m in cash as at end Sept 2025.

Management said the fund raising would see them through next 12 months but there were assumptions of growth mentioned but not given numbers at the time.

A few have been here before with this company and it's cash management issues along with historic poor revenue delivery.

Unless something material changes they could be going back to Mr Market again for more funding well ahead of Sept 2026 or maybe they will leave it late again and run up to the wire in Sept 2026.

That's exactly what anyone in their position would/should do and why I asked about monthly cash burn and if they have the money to buy more Bitcoin at $65,000 levels.

MMs seem to very trigger happy, a £1,000 sell trade takes SP down 6%.....MM system not working very well for many, many small caps these days.

Mcap = £9m but how does that stack up against actual performance of the business?

The Semnet over valuation and subsequent legal action seems to have hit the shares pretty hard.
