Full Year Results published 8 June 2021 so next RNS could be issued any time soon, hopefully next week. I would be a buyer before they come out based on that last trading update.

Trouble is no one wants the hassle of organising anything "for the community" and expects someone else to do it. Of course anyone could and they do when it comes to planning family/friends events like weddings and birthdays etc but street parties why would they want the hassle of people contributing nothing but free loading on their efforts or complaining about the right food/drink/music etc etc and dealing with local councils and risk of people gate crashing/disrupting their events. Yes we are all now more self centred and focused on own individual lives but it's been that was for a long time now. I was there for the Silver Jubilee street party as a kid and it was amazing but those were the days when kids played in the streets and neighbours knew and helped each other, that's mostly all gone away now as we all sit on our phones and in front of our large screen TVs watching rubbish like Love Island and BGT and endlessly tick tocking. Does anyone actually walk in their streets these days or just step out the front door into their cars and back again....no wonder that community spirit is almost non-existent. I make an effort to actually stand and chat with my neighbours and we all get on well but not one of us has even mentioned a street party or thought of setting it up, just the way it is.

Guys the price to sell is 19 as it was yesterday and to buy its 21.34 as it was yesterday so prices are unchanged. Quite why anyone would sell just 497 shares at 19p for £94 before dealing costs is really beyond me unless he is paying for his weekly LIDL shopping with shares.

Gerry could not give a flying f**k about PIs losing here as long as his mates at Helium are ok. Shocking still no CEO in place but then that gives GB all the power he needs to control the plc. Dismisses frustrated PIs as rainbow chasing short termers but continues to praise Helium for supporting the company when he gave them a one way bet to profits which they have cashed in big time. GB wins, DVRG wins, Helium wins, PIs totally screwed. Great work, I for one will never trust another word you say here.

Looks like there are two different revenue streams for STC being discussed, Corporate B2B (via Labskin), and Retail Consumers B2C (via social bloggers and Apps etc etc).

Numbers being posted seem to be quite exotic and assume consumers testing 4 x a year, what is that based on ie are there actual real history showing consumers making repeat orders 4 a year (seems to early for that) or is it an "expectation" they will repeat every 3 months?

Pretty sure GB has moved to leased service type offerings for most if not all potential clients for PD so there would not be any upfront income for PDs supplied under service contract. The costs of production would be borne by the company but the long term (5 year) incomes would be much greater when compared with one off sales.

Guess Cruise Lines and all associated stuff has gone away now?

BT/PD/Man-In-a-Van still waiting for approvals/clients.

So does that mean STC is now the next big thing for DVRG to deliver revenues target for 2022 full year of £24m?

Are we still believing TP 90p+ target (based on financial modelling) and is DVRG really ready to deliver 200 PD units a month on the production line (will they carry making them ahead of any customer orders)?

I really cannot make my mind up after so many false dawns here and now Gerry has introduced yet another Unicorn for us Rainbow chasers to pin our hopes on. Successful commercialisation delivery on any one of them could transform the company revenues but will one or more be delivered in 2022 or are we in for another 6-12 months to wait and see?

I think it is a disgrace that Helium have continued to sell down MSYS shares and that they gone below 3% but not had the decency to update officially via RNS. I do wonder if that is down to Helium or if it is down the MSYS plc but for a major shareholder to have effectively halved their holding without advising the market is very poor. maybe different rules apply to non-uk shareholders? All we know now is that Helium are below 3% but we have no idea how many shares they have in play now? As a best guess I have assumed they have are at 2.99% but this is almost certainly too high imo. Even with my conservative numbers their sell off has been @63 million shares a month or put another way @3 million a shares a day, every working day. No wonder shares have been such a poor performer and it's clear Gerry just doesn't care about his MSYS PIs in any way whatsoever. He has completely lost my faith and trust now.

Waste of time engaging with Muggins, obvious he is broke and has zero shares in DVRG. Just another anonymous sad BB troll with nothing better to do with his time.

Looks like both RNS updates have not been well received (no surprise there). Seller(s) continues to dump. Perhaps Gerry could consider moving into a partnership with Robertsons jams or Mr Kipling? The wait goes on and on and on.

How dodgy are those trades looking now.....who knew?

The previous 26.5p placing price was an absolute giveaway, shares now available at a 6p discount to that bargain basement price.

The market seems to have gone away full stop. Never seen it so quiet everywhere.
