I have done exactly that many, many times, never got any kind of response whatsoever. I think that Gerry is a bit precious when it comes to commenting on them as they are very much feeding one another if you know what I mean. He has always sung their praises and claimed they are "very supportive" which is fine the company's perspective but exact opposite for investors.

Our Swiss Cuckoos have been quiet, let's hope it stays that way.

As I said yesterday on most measures the company is doing very well (Higher revenues, Higher Gross Margins, Plenty of cash in the bank and strong growth/pipeline going forwards.

The fall was overdone imo and simply down to our Swiss Cuckoos dumping at any old prices.

I can only think they are leveraged holders on betting exchanges and gambling on highly leveraged positions where their stake is only 5,000 shares but where that is leveraged up so that that 5,000 only represents say 10% of their position which could be the equivalent of 50,000 shares. Then they might have several of these leveraged positions at various points and values that they have to either extend or close as each day rolls over. Just my theory fwiw but it's the only one I can see that adds up when it comes to these tiny volumes.

I am not 100% dure but as Helium are Swiss based I don't think that they have to declare any more TR1s since they went below 5% holding in June 2022 otherwise we would have seen at least one or more by now.

Income, Gross Profit and Cash wise MSYS is healthy as can be expected.

Pipeline remains very positive and new partner announced will bring in more cash.

Two issues for me, is the big seller finally done and how will the bottom line do now that the business model at MSYS has been fundamentally changed?

Right now we can see buys and they are not being sold into like they have been but it could be the Swiss Cuckoos are just slowing down/holding off their disposals now they have seen the damage caused to the SP by their reckless actions.

Would be great to see Directors showing some support at these levels.

Buyers are back, despite what some posters on advfn are saying, GFG seems to have really lost his mind over there and is just posting any old carp as he vents on and on about DVRG and MSYS (LOFL).

Looks like the best part of 19m buys today so far declared, no change from our MMs. Could be a large DT sell to be declared?

Maidit, for as long as sellers keep dumping in large volumes I guess. Really need some buyers to show confidence as Gerry doesn't see to be able (or want) to do anything.

I didn't think they would be sellers below 0.10 which was their purchase price. Got that wrong big time.

Yes they should be out by now or very close to being all out at least. If they were a UK holder we would have seen a TR1 long before now but as Swiss based holder I don't think they need to notify anything after going sub 5% which they did in July 2022 (4.781% down from 5.976% in Feb 2022).

I am seeing revenues for the 1st 6 months indicating that full year incomes should be close to £1.5m compared with £0.9m for 2021.

2022 1st half Gross profit of £0.433m has already exceeded the gross profit for full year 2021 of £0.396.

Cash in bank of £2.56m

MCAP £2.55m

Market values the actual business at ZERO.

I can live with that, let's see if this is the bottom or not first but with an MCAP = to cash in the bank it looks cheap as chips now. But will our seller even care?

MCAP now = Cash in bank (Cash at 30 June 2022 was £2.56m).

If Gerry wants to buy MSYS he could pay a 100% premium from here and still be quids in.

Hopefully if he can't be bothered then someone else could make a bid?

We know that Gerry could buy MSYS for himself if he felt like it. We also know that Gerry has bought every partner company he has worked with previously, except MSYS....now we can see why. He only wanted MSYS for its technology in the end for DVRG and had zero real interest in seeing the shares perform. How Nigel didn't see that is a real mystery. MSYS is nothing more than a feeder.

Previous CEO (when asked about the SP being 0.25) laughed and said it was too cheap......

Helium declared they held 304 million in July (just under 5%)....

Nigel Burton bought 200 million in Feb for £200,000 (now worth £80,000 on paper)....

Capitulation coming here faster.......and still the BoD doing FA...not that could anyway but a gesture might be nice at least.
