As for MSYS getting as far away from Gerry as they can.......not gonna happen unless the NEDs want to take charge and that's never going to happen.

Gerry is the Chairman and CEO of MSYS (never replaced previous CEO, Glenn Tracey, who left months ago).

No he can't play fast loose with MSYS bank cash to fund DVRG.

My concern is have DVRG actually paid MSYS for the kit supplied to date which was mainly going to inventory for DVRG rather than cash generating sales. If DVRG hasn't got any money for suppliers (as that is what MSYS is in the end) then MSYS may not receive what they are due for previous orders as well as future ones. That could have a serious effect on the numbers here. Right now we just don't know the reality but this needs to be clarified as it represents a serious risk.

Issue is that DVRG has serious financial problems. MSYS is very dependent on DVRG for incomes despite the Kingfield news. Contagion and fall out is impacting MSYS as Gerry Brandon is still in charge here and has not appointed a new CEO since Glenn Tracey bailed out. Huge question marks that need to be answered now re DVRG contracts with MSYS and if they will be completed and when. Real shame when MSYS has shown it can deliver but until the finances at DVRG are fixed it will be an overhang here. ps the insider trading at DVRG over the last week shows how bent the AIM market really is as clearly some larger holders were selling down big volumes at any old prices, now we know why. That's so dodgy but no one will be investigated for sure. Fingers xxxd MSYS rides out the current storm.
