Actually warrants are linked to the PMV rather than the share price on AIM.

CLINs are notorious for having various mechanisms to make profits even from a falling share share price, SYME plc gives a perfect example and there are others too.

Clearly RS has not a care about AIM and the MCAP value of the business, his interests lie elsewhere with HNWI giving him money on direct terms. The only time he has used the AIM listing raise funds has been for the CLIN. He measures "success" in terms of the PMV for Tintra which stands at $250m based on the last funding round. Aim might as well not even exist for all the relevance it has to RS and his plans.

Excluding 30% still leaves the CLIN with @2m shares to dump to get their quick return profits....sorry but that's going to a serious anchor for the SP.

At this rate the CLIN could convert £3m funding into @2.7m shares = to @16-17% of the issued stock which we know that won't retain as they are not investors, they are money lenders of the last resort but disposing of nearly 3m shares will not be easy for them. Will be interesting to see where this goes next.

Strange how MMs don't seem interested in moving the price on DVRG despite buy after buy after that false drop previously, how the price is still sub 2p is very sus imo fwiw.

In fact the ask price has moved up from .45 to .468 but the published bid is lower.
