very strange prices popping up 157 just paid for just 85 shares?

How does it work that someone chooses to sell just 23 shares and takes a bid price 7 points below last......that's just very odd...smacks of manipulation

With hindsight he should have continued with funding round instead if stopping back in the spring. He was doing fine raising smaller values at premiums. Left it until much later in the year thinking big investors would still be interested but took way too long and got forced down the clin route. All could have been avoided.

Btbt I think that's about right. RS sees aim as full of traders not investors who provide cash to the business. We are irrelevant to those in charge.

Also need to think about how the CLIN will extract its money from TNT stock. No way they will take all $3m loan money back in shares in one hit. Most likely to be in tranches of say £50k-£100k a time. The you will see the effect kick in.

CLINs can actually make money whether the SP rises or falls. Depends how they draw down their shares each time. Usually they like to take small parcels on a regular basis which takes the price down ahead of their next allotment. Usually they are sellers of shares ahead of them being assigned and so it goes on.

Re the CLIN funds, no warrants apply there. £5.04 was an indicative price and is totally irrelevant now and the VWAP applies. Average of last 5 working days when activated. Simple really that number of shares would be basically be value in £m being taken by the CLIN in repayment divided by the share price to get the number of shares required to settle.

I will be content to watch from the sidelines as I am not an investor in THG directly. Hope this does well for all concerned.

Tintra is pre-revenue, and fully engaged in the roll out of its fundamental infrastructure
and applications for its banking licences.
The infrastructure build is still at an early stage. We have assumed that it will finance the

equity issues. We see potential for initial revenue generation in Q1 2024 but at a modest
level. This is an important milestone rather than a potentially material source of cashflow

Tintra has set out a strategy to build a global banking infrastructure, that it believes will
be a multi-billion-dollar revenue business. Although it anticipates that it will generate
initial revenue during 2024, it expects these to be modest relative to the network’s
potential when complete and will be used only as indicative proof of concept. On current
predictions, the first full financial year will be the year to January 2026.
