IMO, the so called £1.10 floor is window dressing just the same as many other similar comments made by the company when it comes to valuing x and y etc.

It's just a working example, same as the £5.04 price used when the CLIN was first announced.

If the 5 day VWAP was applied then the last 5 working days it comes out at £1.20, then you take off the 8% discount rate and that takes you to the magical £1.10 already.

110 getting ever closer, latest sell at 112.

Subscription Price will reset after the initial month to the average of the five daily volume-weighted average prices selected by the subscriber during a specified period immediately prior to the date of the subscriber's notice to issue Subscription Shares, less an 8% discount, rounded down to the nearest pence.

So still possible that the CLIN could select a an average of say

115 less 8% discount = £1.06 per share
110 less 8% = £1.01 per share
100 less 8% = £0.92 per share

$3m = £2.5m (all dependent on actual £/USD exchange rate applicable)

£2.5m/£1.06 = @2.4m shares
£2.5m/£1.01 = @2.45m shares
£2.5m/£0.92 = @2.7m shares

Well seems like we have just one or two cheap traders playing with non-commission brokers for trades with values below a loaf of bread these days. Really feels like the AIM market is eating itself at the moment with scalpers dominating everything in just a few specific stocks leaving many others like MSYS and DVRG to just hang in the wind even though their MCAPs and share prices are almost at all time lows. Pretty uninspiring to watch with nothing much to see or talk about across the board on 99% of AIM shares.

There are many of us of the same view here.

The promised Q&A seems very unlikely now before Tuesday 28 Feb as we've had nothing via RNS re funding.

Volumes have completed dried up as PIs have adopted a cautious wait and see position now, I am one of them. Previously I was a buyer when it fell last time to sub 130p but this time I did not have the confidence to add with all the uncertainty remaining on TNT finances. If TNT can get their fund raising back on track I will be happy to add even at higher prices but not before.

To help put this in perspective, Phil Jackson holds some 2,289,958 shares 15.15%.

Other than TMC and TAL, other shareholders have less than 5% and so on.

The CLIN could actually get more shares than Phil Jackson, subject to various drawdown options and I think they get even more than that.

Pay off the CLIN, all good. Let them draw down over and over and over again, all potentially very bad.

Agreed, not a great look to getting big funds at a huge premium to then have to potentially issue a significant % of company stock to a financial CLIN vulture.

Premium price investor pays £11.78 to get 4.24% or 685k shares + 342k in warrants at 504p via PMV of $500m in future funding rounds.

CLIN could get @2.5m + shares at @110p...

The disparity is huge.

If RS doesn't secure the $15m he will face an issue with CLIN if he tries to draw down more CLIN funds above the £3m taken already but hopefully that won't matter anyway. Yes this whole financing thing could have and should have been avoided long before now.

Of course in the grand long, long term scheme of things this should just be a blip or bump in the road, just really frustrating when you know how fickle AIM can be and how brutal CLINs can be too. Until funding is resolved and the CLIN paid off there's just too many concerns here.

11k shares traded so far today, normal daily average used to be @100k when the share price was much higher than it is today.

Calling this the bottom sounds possible but until the CLIN shows it's hand or TNT confirm funding I wouldn't be so bold.

Volumes have all but dried up and PIs clearly concerned which way this could go next.

I can only imagine that RS was intending to hold the Q&A in Feb as he expected to receive confirmation of further funding by now, whether from HNWI already in the mix or from potential new subscribers. Does look like that hasn't materialised for whatever reason. Not the first time I have seen a CEOs vision not being delivered as hoped for in terms of timing.

Whatever the reasons were for taking the CLIN and accepting what were appallingly one-sided VWAP terms the company has not given both existing and new investors good reason to either add or buy shares at what would have been considered an absolute steal 6 months ago.

Complete lack of confidence in the short term shown by the market, after all how can people look at at a PMV of $250m and a real MCAP that's sub £20m and make any sensible valuation of the business and the risk/opportunity associated.

If the CLIN does activate the VWAP and converts some of their £3m loan at current prices they would received a shedload of cheap stock. CLINs are not know as financial vultures for no reason on AIM shares and I would think they will take just enough in small tranches to be able to cash in each time and still show a profit as they churn the stock for months to come. People may ask why and how they would do that?

The answers will be obvious when they kick off the process.

Or you are already holding the shares and looking to add but waiting for some price stability or for the price to hit whatever the new bottom is here. Last Summer they fell to 65p, with the continued uncertainty surrounding the CLIN and the future funding required for TNT I think some feel it will get cheaper yet. Why buy say 10,000 shares at 130p for £13k if you might get them at say 90p and pay only £9k?

I hate to say it but I'm with you. Can't trust this rise to stick yet.

I also think that some feel once the CLIN declares it has take its shares in payment that will be the end of it. I am not so sure about that. It's one thing converting CLIN £ into shares, quite another when it comes to what they actually do with those shares.

The CLIN may not convert the whole £3m into shares in one go either. It might convert say £300k (10%) and then drip feed those into the market before exercising the next tranche at £xxx which they can then convert again and then rinse and repeat until the £3m is repaid with xx returns on top.

5 trades in as many seconds just now. How is that even possible or allowed? If I tried that my broker would simply refuse to take my orders and issue me with various threats concerning market abuse trades.. and yet it goes on .

Newsflow has been definitely lacking for some time from MSYS. You would think Gerry (assuming he is still in charge of things) would want to find a way to restore his reputation via MSYS and getting some positive news into the market after what went on an DVRG?
