Microsaic Systems plc announced that Kingfield Electronics Limited has appointed Microsaic as an Authorised Partner for front-end research, development, and engineering product development in scientific instrumentation and micro-engineering adding these complementary services to its existing offering of fully integrated turnkey solutions, box build, printed circuit board assembly, commissioning, final test, service, retrofit and world-wide shipping logistics. This new partnership represents a further opportunity for Microsaic to provide additional services leveraging its considerable expertise in high quality technical design, engineering and solutions delivery, as it continues to diversify its income streams.

Microsaic Systems plc announced it has signed an agreement with Jiangsu Henzhihe Technologies Co. Ltd. to support the Company's relationship with the Chinese distributor (the "Distributor"), with whom the Company announced a signed Heads of Terms for its micro-engineered MS technology (per the RNS dated 4 May 2021). Under the agreement, HZH will provide integration and service support for Microsaic's operations in China.

HZH will act as the manufacturer, integrator, and service centre in support of distribution and prospective OEM partnerships in China. HZH is a recently incorporated entity whose directors have a long history of working with MS in China and manufacturing other analytical devices, and in active pharmaceutical ingredients ("API"). Their relationships include large analytical instrumentation and pharmaceutical companies.

HZH and Microsaic will collaborate with distribution partners to access and service other substantial growth opportunities in the Chinese market.

I know but that's AIM for you. Usually most PIs will only buy into a rising share these days but they also seem scared ****less of getting spiked too. Bit of a catch 22 these days. You can also see those who are addicted to stocks like SYME etc and who keep on buying no matter what happens....all a bit frustrating for us here but that can change, get rid of Helium and some positive newsflow which is now very, very overdue and who knows what might be possible?

Msys website is fully loaded with multiple videos on multiple solutions and services. One reminded me about healthcare and news way back that msys would be working with partners in China on healthcare services to hospitals.....could they, would they, will they?

I guess MSYS by itself is too small to fully capitalise the huge opportunity that comes with enviromental planning, monitoring and management but with the right kind of partners and licencing arrangements it wouldn't take much to see them land some really significant deals, especially with proven applications for US Govt agencies and others.

Can't help feeling there could be big moves to come here, just need some signs from the company.....

A world first, Project Greensand, shows that Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) can work after carbon dioxide (CO2) from Belgium is successfully captured, transported and stored under the Danish North Sea.

Well Carbon Capture is very much in the news these days with all kinds of plans being advanced, one of latest I heard to day was to capture carbon in sea water, I will go look for it.

Water monitoring and remedial solutions for salt-marsh carbon sequestration

Deepverge plc (AIM: DVRG), has secured a two-year environmental monitoring and remediation project with environmental technology company, MèreMer for its Blue Carbon Resilience (“BCR”) Flagship project which has commenced on the coastlines of Georgia and South Carolina worth £2.4m in aggregate. The work is being conducted on multiple salt-marsh sites owned and managed by the Georgia Ports Authority, GA, USA and the NOAA-led National Estuarine Research Reserve System (NERRS) with special focus on carbon sequestration, coastal resiliency, biodiversity and water quality. Development work for this project has been underway since H1 and payment of microbiome testing and software licenses fees will be in this financial year.

Turnover of approximately £0.8 million arising from this project is expected to fall in the current financial year, and £1.6 million in the financial year commencing 1 January 2023. This does not alter the board’s assessment of prospects for the current year as set out in the Company’s “Trading Update” notified on 5 August 2022. The project involves multiple divisions of the Group providing environmental microbiome analysis; Innovenn (Labskin), monitoring and membrane technology and equipment from Modern Water and software analysis and AI from Rinocloud.

Mass spectroscopy-based sample analysis will be carried out by DeepVerge’s partner Microsaic Systems plc. The two-year project is expected to deliver the most comprehensive set of data ever obtained for salt marshes – one of the key areas of international focus of BCR. The work will yield a full profile of the sites and their ability to sequester carbon with data models that will be used by industry, Government, environmental agencies, and financial institutions to model and perform a cost-benefit analysis of future carbon sequestration projects around the world.

Agreed fwiw, I played along with their little game yesterday for a bit. As for an ex-employee signing up to make one posts on LSE after being let go....what a load of guff, clearly someone (I think we can all guess who btw) signed up with yet another ID on LSE to post that carp and we all know why too. Hell has no fury like a woman spurned I guess.

Onwards and Upwards with Glananco too now which was a real big bonus surprise announcement in recent weeks.

Much more to come from USA Military/Environment projects which only kicked in last October.....
