20 October 2023- Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) announces that it has received notice that Vulpes Testudo Fund, which is controlled by Non-Executive Director, Stephen Diggle, has sold 777,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at an average price of 38.3p.

Following this transaction, through the holdings of Vulpes Life Sciences Fund and Vulpes Testudo Fund, Stephen Diggle is interested in a total of 27,556,756 shares, representing approximately 13.62% of the Company's current issued share capital.

Tricky, 100% agreed. MMs clearly working the PI retail market to death and brokers hoovering up stock for their clients. So obvious what the bigger game being played is. Until the big players have filled their boots the games will continue as PIs get bored and exit. I am very much looking for either at least one TR1 RNS or a very positive trading update from OBD or as I think likely a licencing deal with a major player in the USA and beyond to take the volume of PSA tests from the thousands into the millions in 2024.

Best I can offer is that PIs love throwing cash at any small cap miner/oil driller in the hope of making fortunes, usually they lose almost everything chasing those rainbow stocks. Can move 40% super quick and drop the same just as fast. Not worth the risk imo unless you have so much money you can accept big losses if/when they fail.

Can anyone explain how the price being paid by very small buyers of say just 13 shares is 36p v the price paid by buyers of 2,000 shares is 34.90p?

The only "risk" I can perceive here in the short term is sellers taking it lower, that's it, nothing else whatsoever on my red flag list here. Why do people sell a potentially multi bagging share in a company like this, answers appreciated, perhaps we can make a list up?

Both products are there and being sold so no idea why the "high cost development" is being aired in the first place as it's not relevant IMO.
