Well that would be a bonus if correct but really not sure that amount would apply up to 2019 only if the Patent expired.

Personally I would prefer the company just moves on.

They expired in 2019, not really relevant now.

Company has already confirmed that their other IPs are all solid.

No real need to appeal that old IP, just takes more time and money.

Zak Mir targeting 1.08 this month....not everyone's cup of tea I know and some dismiss him as talking TA rubbish most of the time. As he points out, every big move North has been met with a sell off recently. So we wait to see if things will turn our differently after such a significant sell off here. Should be trading at 2p levels minimum imo.

Been a while, I think this is going to be a big star for 2024 starting from Wednesday. Really looking forward to the results and webinar. Still very much under the radar for many I think but then so was C4XD and that's done rather well recently.

Actually it says something very important and that is the result of the court case will not have a material effect on CPX.

That's it, the court case for old IP which started 5 years ago and the IP became out of date during the period.

It's done now. Time for everyone to move on and look forward now.
