The most obvious way out of this mess for OBD would be to get involved with one of the many lenders of last resort next and take on a CLIN. If they do that, that will give management access to funds for OBD over time and the company can keep going much longer.

best case scenario I can think of would be current share price sticks at £0.015 ahead of a 33% discounted placing price of say £0.010 to raise @£6m......

600,000,000 £0.010 £6,000,000.00

912,000,000 £0.010 £9,120,000.00

Existing shareholders diluted further, current 9p warrants torn up and reset.

Sub 2p to buy, any takers out there like the wombat who was saluting holders at 6p++ ????

Absolute minimum required monthly test volumes for PSE Test needs to be at 1,000, preferably 1,500 per month = to 50 day day every day, 3 a day is pathetic. Over priced and under validated test imo.

I have no doubt that OBD will fall across the usual P&D groups radar at some point and they will be pushing it hard once they have quietly accumulated enough for their rampfest actions to make cash off any suckers who buy into this if they see it on a leader board.....the smae P&D groups will be posting relentlessly whilst at the same time selling it down for their own profits, leaving a whole bunch of rainbow chasing newbies stuck with shares they cant sell without a massive hit.

We will have tonput up with wild speculation presented as fact from the ill informed, malicious actors and well intentioned idiots until early October, when the end September update will drop. I will confess to having a modicum of sympathy for those investors who will have sold out on the strength of the silliness posted here.

Raised gross proceeds of £9.9 million during March 2024. Now confirming they will need loads more again by early Q1 (ie Jan 2025). So that means they will burned through all that extra money raised at some point in Q1. Where did all go?

Interesting they referred to Net Pay rather than Gross Pay when receiving pay in new shares....deferred tax dodges?

As Dibs has said, no actual pay cut but instead payments in new shares....maybe Burrows thinks that will incentivise his team to pony up and deliver the volumes needed otherwise the senior team will be seeing a big hit in their pay packets.

As usual existing shareholders will see their interests diluted as a result but the accounts cashflow will artificially be improved.

The management team remains wholly confident in the inherent value of the Company's test products and its EpiSwitch platform and therefore, as part of these plans, directors, PDMRs and certain other senior staff have agreed to take 25% of their net pay in newly issued shares for the foreseeable future. Chief Executive Officer, Dr Jon Burrows will take 35% of his net pay in newly issued shares.

The current mcap is £6.5M. The company will probably be looking for a similar amount of fresh money to fund themselves, assuming someone is prepared to give them that cash, the discount will be massive and the number of shares in issue would probably be close to 1 billion compared with 312 million today.
