NYS CLEP is a rigorous program which bears similarities to the FDA premarket review process1. Both programs seek to mitigate the risks of harm from inaccurate and potentially unreliable LDTs. In the FDA's final ruling on LDTs earlier this year, they stated that they would not enforce their premarket review process for LDTs approved by NYS CLEP.

"NYS CLEP provides an independent review of the analytical and clinical validity of any test. OBD and NEXT Molecular have been notified that the CiRT Test has passed this evaluation and been approved for clinical use."

The FDA has also included additional enforcement discretion policies, such as for LDTs approved by the New York State’s Clinical Laboratory Evaluation Program (CLEP), as described in the preamble to the final rule, where that program’s review of analytical and clinical validity helps to mitigate the risk of harm from inaccurate and unreliable LDTs.

We've had our differences here but as smc reminded me today we all are here to try and make some money, well apart from the known lse troll haters of course. if it's any consolation, i think a 20% rise for today is actually a decent result and in reality it was a also a huge intra day turnaround from 1p earlier.

having a 20% gain should hopefully reduced the risk of any retrace tomorrow and improve the risk of some furthers gains as buyer won't like they have missed the boat if the sp had gone closer to 2p levels.

anyway what i have typed could be a load of old ****** of course and sp drops 20% on the open but i'm hoping for another 20% up day on wednesday.

Best way as smc said it's all a gamble anyway as things can change in an instant either way. Today's rns at least confirms that their cirt test is validated in the USA and they are partnerscwith an established test lab service company who have 23 years of client history, that's a seriously better position than obd was in up to now imo .

It's actually far simpler than that, it's a blood test taken from a regular blood sample, nothing more.

No need for human testing in the same way as you would new drugs etc.

Should be an easy sell now it's finally USA validated and volumes could simply fly.

Good to see they have partnered with an established USA provided who has been around dong this stuff for 23 years, foot in the door of many, many potential client and all that who already KNOW and TRUST their USA established partners..
