As you obviously do appreciate where I am coming from (unlike some who cannot read accounts etc), my concerns are based on the realities and experience seen on various companies over time and the rules which control how companies can or cannot legally trade as a listed plc.

The basic fundamentals are not the issue for me and I have issue with your assessment of the huge potential here.

For me, my issues are did DL make this deal with GV based on promises from GV who needed third party funds to come through so they could actually stand up to their side of the arrangement, you know a meeting arranged where DL laid out the opportunity to GV over a few drinks etc, GV leapt at it, signed up and then went away thinking they had it all nicely tied up and then their third party backers subsequently moved the goal posts on handing over the nelson eddies which left GV holding an empty bag of promises. No doubt they gave assurances they would be able to fix it or perhaps find alternate money men to cover the others.....I know, I know it's my latest conspiracy theory but what else can we see that's concrete evidence that GV are delivering what they committed to?

PPP plc is Asset Rich but Cash Poor....it's like you being a state pensioner with a house living off a tiny income but facing bills that far exceed your ability to pay them unless you borrow the money from others and you can only do that so many times.

Working capital (sometimes referred to as net working capital) is the money your business needs to be able to operate from day to day. Basically, it's the cash you have left, after you account for money coming in and money going out over any given period.

No its not, it's actually totally insufficient imo.

It's been one excuse after another after another. Time for a reality check here.

The accounts themselves could be audited by class of 11 year olds, they must be so straightforward it would childs play.

But Auditors have to sign them off as a going concern, I firmly believe that's been the issue here and remains so.

The last placing confirmed monies were being raised for "working capital requirements", that translates to day to day cash needed to keep the lights on etc.

Can you confirm if PPP are communicating/replying to email because there's at least two of us here who have tried engaging with the the CEO and Chairman by email but not had the curtesy of any replies.

I would treat the response from IR as standard non-committed reply. Working hard, fine, but on what exactly?

No one from the company is telling what the issues are.

The way Directors are protected by the FCA rules etc means PIs who put their own money into the shares are ignored just left to rue the day the bought in. Directors just walk away scott free every time.

It was always sketchy that GV would stand up to their side of the deal, relying on third parties to provide funds to become the operator. I seriously doubt that GV have delivered anything but excuses to Tom with vague promises that they are working hard to progress the operations with vague promises that its coming shortly. Seen it too often now on small cap companies over the years, relying on others to fund the business going forwards when their own balance sheet/debts finally overwhelms them.

I emailed the CEO and the Chairman this week, no response, says it all. Hard to believe anyone who claims they are in contact with PPP and had says they had positive replies.
