The signing of the SPA with Globalvision is a tremendous step forward in this deal for Pennpetro shareholders, it materially de-risks our involvement in these excellent Texas oil assets and gives us significant upside on oil production from a rich piece of Texan oil real estate. As I've mentioned previously, the last 12 months has been a rocky and difficult ride for the Company and with this deal, we can see massive benefits and leverage on all future works undertaken on these oil licences for the next circa 30 years. Given the current estimated life of the wells in the area at 20 years plus, it potentially secures and underpins PPPs future for many years to come. With our Over Riding Royalty Interest (ORRI) in this deal, we will rank equally with the landowners and receive monthly revenue income from all oil sales from Texas once production recommences. We are hopeful to see oil production and PPP revenues starting within months."

But PPP plc are asset rich and cash poor

If gv now own the operations all they need next is ownership of the acreage owned by PPP plc. They could get that if lunn is working to make that happen. PPP plc goes bust, assets sold to GV, game over.

Well there we are then, affirm gone from Uber positive to now scared of losing everything here.

Not sure I understand both comments below, I mean they under took extensive DD already by 22 Nov, then say still subject to completion of DD? Anyway, if the company do have to update us on this within 30 days then RNS Monday at the latest?

So it should have, provided GV honoured their side of the deal and stumped up the cash to get operations under way...oh hang on, what operations? Remember, GV are a global Broker relying other peoples money to fund this.....have those 3rd parties delivered what they needed? No one knows for sure....GV have PPP in a corner and hold all the cards right now.
