The real issue is zero oil production since April

Since the last regulatory news release updating shareholders on the 25th March 2024, the company advises that oil sales revenues continue from CT1H and net oil sales (gross minus taxes and royalties) for February totalled US$48,470.26 and the Company expects to bank another US$37,083.16 around the 21 April for March's oil production, which was curtailed by intermittent pump and generator issues. Working with our partners these issues have now been resolved and we look forward to a full current month of production, we are currently on track to see revenues above US$45,000.00 per month once again.

A company with a thirty year contract. Which was agreed AUG 2024 …….But it isn't past sign off, nothing is actually being done

The contract was signed !! A paper transaction only between PPP plc and GV, operating leases are being disputed so zero is being done.

We have oil wells Whistling Straits 5H turning out barrels of oil equiv…not since Q1 2024

But basically you have secured loans unpaid and debts to a few parties that need sorting asap. Incomes are virtually zero for last 6 months except placings. Lunn will try to renegotiate some of them and address lease ownerships which are in dispute. A fund raising exercise is 100% required here. All needed before accounts are signed off and published

Outcome.The Company is therefore taking advice to ensure it is staying within its solvency parameters.

They won't issue accounts unless company has working capital requirements to be signed off by the auditors as a going concern

But what does PPP plc actually own as they don't own the land. The operating leases are in dispute. PPP operator seems to loaded with £m of debt. Gv deal still not completed. Is any oil actually being produced? Doesn't look look like it

For a non accountant I struggle to understand all the ins and outs of Evans efforts here using multiple layered company arrangements to move monies around and the resulting litigations from other parties on loans and debts

It's obvious Evans has been more occupied in weaving his complex companies web arrangements than looking after ppp plc and it's shareholders.

I keep seeing claims from affrm to support Evans but he posts nothing to support his case, nothing whatsoever so why would we even consider it.

There's a tonne of daming information that's been unearthed against Evans and his efforts to look after himself, zero that suggests he has acted in shareholder interests.

I agree Evans is the past not the future here.

I still think people are not considering what the late company secretary might have been up to and actions he might have taken re monies, bank account and missing statements. Evans allowed him to operate without any oversight at all. Could explain repeatedly delayed accounts .

This is getting silly again. Evans did fa for PPP plc value, cannot believe anyone is claiming he can turn this around. He misled shareholders with false claims via rns over and over again.
