People talk as if the seller(s) has an endless supply of shares to dump as well, well does he? Anyone ever seen a TR1 RNS from an existing holder or the seller(s)?

They can only sell their shares once each time anyway, their supply will stop if it hasn't already.

On the reverse side buyers can just keep coming when the tide turns and it will.

On the basis of claims being made here, no one would ever buy a share that has seen a fall in value and assuming it will not stop falling. There has been no bad news released by the company and next RNS may well blow the socks off it.

Nobody actually knows anything in reality, it's all guesswork and assumptions in the end, whatever might be said to back up posters views.

Issue of Convertible Loan Note

As per the announcement made on 22 November 2024, the Company has entered into an unsecured Convertible Loan Note ("CLN") with Mr. Cheuk Lun Ng (the "Lender"), a High Net Worth individual, for up to £3 million.

The Company has requested the drawdown of the first tranche of the CLN, amounting to £400,000.

Jonny is a big fan of GST which is seriously over valued and that's why it got smashed up today but of course he loves that over priced business and has seen a huge sell off (just like SCGL) so he won't accept that it is massively over priced and yet he will tell you this is.

People were calling this over valued for months and months, both on the way up from sub 1p to 12p and then on the way back down, some will still tell you it's worth FA and massively overvalued at £7.9m based on historic earnings.

GST had an RNS today - down 20% but still has an MCAP above £30m

SCGL no RNS - down 10% and MCAP now just £7.9M

I know which one looks the better value once the market turns

Or people are just selling anyway, not nice holding a falling share

Would be nice to see updates on these two as well

Guess because there weren't any TR1s issued on the way up from Buyers, so none coming on the way down from Sellers either. Is what it is, I don't think there's any point worrying about that side of things fwiw.

I am sure the company said they would be launching Evoo Platform Spring/Summer time this year, hopefully some updates to show significant progress to come now that they have all the layers they need in place following recent RNS updates.
