I have done the maths as they say, my best assumptions are as follows:
CTAI has 2,114,741 shares they bought at £0.74 to get @13% stake.
That is £1.5m of CTAI money that's gone into Alludium.
At 13% that give an @ value at the time of @£12m for Alludium.
Suggests that CTAI got their Alludium shares extremely cheap.
There's also a 10% bonus thing which I can't really say more on " The Second Investment includes a bonus share issuance to Catenai equal to 10% of the investment made by the Company as per the terms announced 11 April 2025."
There are other investors in Alludium too.....
