I have just messaged Mr Lenigas privately to tell him the plight of this co just a few minutes ago. You will not be able to see this message publicly as these matters are not message publicly. I said that shareholders still have hope and that time is running out with 22 days left. I told him about the convertible notes that amounted to £150k which is not a problem to resolve. If that creditor wants to, he can re-negotiate for new shares etc. So a Reverse Take Over of Motive Television is maybe possible. I was contacted via Twitter to help by a shareholder/s. So I am not coming to this site on my own bat. I did not ask Mr Lenigas to take over this co as a RTO but that if he could just help it out in any way or a word. I read him as having a heart. Since he follows me on Twitter, I can message him as the rules allow that. O.K- that is the best I can do. Hello, everyone - URGENT question: Can we try to "attract" anyone to do a reverse takeover. £150k convertible notes is a tiny sum and it can be re-negotiated again or the creditor given shares etc. Its not a problem elsewhere. So do we have any names of anyone interested in a shell co- can they get into MTV in time? I cant think of a name except Mr David Lenigas who knows about these things as he likes taking over such co*s. I am not suggesting he takes of MTV as he is so busy but he would be one person that knows the finer workings of timing left or not etc?

Only asking because this will also be the normal question to ask?

Further to what Buried Treasure , the poster said, I have some information to add. I had checked recently all the Linkedin profiles of the various people [big cheese] at Motive Television and I find that they have not taken down that they are no longer at Motive Television via their official positions including Mr Fertig, the CEO. I too was puzzled by this. I have sent a message to steve92110, the big holder of MTV shares but he has not responded to even say hello even though he follows me on Twitter. That*s why its a mystery. Further we read that Luc is in charge together with someone else and therefore, this too needs further information. I only read public info eg via Proactive Investors on the Administration which I provided a link to. It said [if wrong please correct the figures] that the convertible notes were £150k. One would think that even that can be negotiated just like American co*s. So, it is good that this forum is open so that all who enquire may find some answers for everyone.

Knigelk- How are you-good to hear from you Let me put you into the picture. We supporters of Tablet TV have been following the co etc and lately we messaged each other with new development on cord cutting eg WatchAir as said. We never got together whilst the MTV shares were listed. So having spoken, I decided to speak further here and that it is good for everyone to be able to discuss. No, we are realists and know the situ. Many want CLOSURE which is not a stock market term and no one wants to not know which is everyone*s right to know. Also, it is common to do strategic review of where we think it went wrong at least in a skeleton form in terms of the tech because WatchAir seems to have resolved the antenna issue as per link given. So, just a group gathering and I think it shows that we are having a lot of goodwill and good memories about each other and that can be a good thing going into Christmas time.

Justin*s Facebook on his cord cutting WatchAir is no longer on pad lock. He has had a very good response as soon as he posted. It has taken me ages to open the translation as Koreans are posting and they seem really keen on his product which is the equivalent or better or worse than Tablet TV. Justin was the Tablet TV manufacturer and his C.V when I read it ages ago includes him doing biz with big names in tech. I am amazed that once Justin got the Kickstarter money for WatchAir akin to MTV*s Tablet TV, the guy works fast with adverts, manufacturing and I noticed that he may have a timetable to keep and shipping is in Oct 2016. Interesting to watch how he progresses it. On the one tweet he replied to a Korean his WatchAir is for the American market. Can anyone tell us how Kickstarter works and whether it is again like dilution etc. Will Justin IPO?

Parkez- Thank you. I must say I am enjoying the sharing and goodwill. We seem to be all so enthused again which is a good thing. I do apologise for my style and that is from alma mater wherein, one is taught to lead a group. Once it gets going, JJ is running round with all her legwork on Gazette notices, Michael Snax is so good at links whilst I will still be coping it down on paper. You bring intel questions that may narrow down the egg hunt. Others also bring a sense of humour and all in good fun and goodwill as it should. JJ-the inference is that in America or Australia, stock forums are not social media but one in which money can be lost so they need to do far more due diligence. The discussion we are having with shared hands, feet, and minds is what every forum should do. The market beats us or we beat the mkt-only research and due diligence can help. I was not tech nuanced enough to contribute in this department and it may well be that the Tablet TV grandfather antenna was never a winner with all the issues? Justin said that about grandfather antennas having lots of issues.
