Answer: Unfortunately, I was not the originator of the research article. As you are aware, the IC is subscription based most of the time. So, I saw it and read it-but I cannot now recall whether someone got the article out on BCN or it was on Twitter. Last night, a chap on AMC was talking about it but he did not quote the rate. You can read about it - his name is red something and he is or was a banker. He was hoping that lithium does not spread to nickel. That was how it was brought up ie the BCN funding prob.

Blackhills & Haverion being discussed - current topic

Answer:
Gervaise Heddle, CEO of Greatland Gold tweeted last evening. Paul Johnson, also re-tweeted G.H* tweet. It is about Diggers & Dealers and it mentions Paterson with a picture with grades etc. This will also be the work to come per what has been announced.

Background to Paterson, W.Australia:
From Antipa [JV with Rio] and Sipa etc, the co*s are looking for the next big discovery in that region. Same for the Laverton area, W.A where Novo Bollinger Nickel was found. Their reasoning is that, in a big province, discoveries are not in isolation. It is rumoured that Rio has found a big copper discovery in Paterson, North of Telfer via satellite pictures of the camp.

An early blog of Telfer drillers has been posted before wherein, they set out the story with details including a pic of the actual nugget itself. At Telfer, there are 2 types of geology, one, REEFS and the 2nd the more common type geology. The Telfer Technical Report highlights have also been posted wherein one can see the grades and intersection lengths for comparitive study.

The main players at Paterson also have company presentations and one can read the grades and intersection lengths.

It was said by Australian Livewire, that Sipa and Greatland Gold are in the "Structural Corridor" to Rio*s rumoured copper big find. On Hotcopper, they have posted the article on Sipa and Antipa forums.

BLACKHILLS & HAVERION - Paterson, W.Australia
The gold nuggets found at Blackhills [EAST OF TELFER] are from BEDROCK and Greatland has said, from recall that early Telfer was of this type. Since they come from bedrock, it is believed it was SPLINTERED from reefs.

Haverion, of which one part flows into Blackhills, has had results which can be compared to all the Paterson finds including Telfer. This has been already posted.

Greatlands has said that Blackhills and Haverion results have reached industry. So much so, Rio pegged land after the results per the RNS. Artemis has now pegged land next to Greatland Gold, 3 hrs before Rio.

Artemis has stated in their announcement that the Greatland Gold BH/Haverion is a "serious discovery."

Paul Johnson in his recent interview with Proactive Investors said that Greatland is "on the cusp of major discoveries."

Note: The gold found are not the type found in Pilbara, Hedland area etc, where Artemis/Novo are ie water melon seeds. That is a new type of geology find for Western Australia. It is more similar to Wits and they have to break new ground on that to find the type of source etc.

So, just a summary from recall of all that has already been posted.

(1)The Founder of REM tweeted relating to the subject above - it was quite detailed re:REM and sp.
Paul Johnson was interviewed recently by Proactive Investors and he said the same thing.
Now, folks have just found out via the above title.
However, it was not popular to mention it then.

(2)The Founder of REM also tweeted about BCN and that REM financed the drilling recently in response to a positive comment. So, if not for REM, I am not entirely sure that BCN in Canada could have got funds to drill. At the time, the situation for mining was on the down cycle from recall. That appears to be what the Founder said in the recent tweet.

(3)Barksy1 posted an article from Bloomberg which came out on Twitter but no one on BCN seem to have picked it up relating to banks not lending for lithium mining. This was just before BCN came out with news that they were pulling the placing. Due to the fact, banks would not lend, it was obvious the reason why they had to pay such HIGH interest rates which appear unheard of in the past. I understand that, since Basel II, there are even more strictures to lend. Standard Chartered used to be the No 1 spot for mining finance but no more.

(4) As I mentioned, if REM plc were to have done the MERGER, it was obvious the Founder would be the one to have to look for that type of huge funds needed ie in the region of £400m +. Look at Linkedin and one can see if the various people have connections of 500+ [after 500, it is not listed]. Relating to connections, see who they are connected to to ascertain if they have financial networks to $$ or £££ whether in London or New York financial circles.

Rich 125 on this thread has brought up the subject of Merger, in that, there must have been a plan to fund if it had gone through.

(4) One has to monitor the latest but so far, BCN has been quiet since the RNS about the placing being pulled out.

(5) The Founder of REM said that he would not in favour of changing the name.

Sorry for typo errors as have eye strain at the moment.

I just tried to buy Normal Mkt Size - none [Live Dummy Quote] at 12:46 noon, 1 Aug 2018. Only can buy 1,000 at much higher price than one poster quoted earlier in the morning. Can sell - Mr Market has had to raise the price to induce any seller/s.

Note:
In a stock like this [Small Mkt Cap & Small Shares in Issue] one can CHECK easily [ask for 1 share quote] and keep asking Mr Market. If the market does NOT want to sell even NMS of 3,000 but only 1,000, then it appears that they dont want to sell cheap stock or perceived cheap stock, hence why NT [Negotiated Trade]

If the market does NOT want to buy, then anyone in a panic will have to take that price. Then, the next quote to sell may be 1 small step lower.

So, with practice, one will learn more about the processes of the buying / selling instead of going down, going up etc.
For the market, if there is NO news in the horizon, it will be different but for IMTK, the next financial results are due anytime as I posted the dates earlier of the 2016 & 2017 dates.

VM a/c to data has an FSA licence, logical given she is a VC etc on her Twitter timeline.

So, waiting for the regulatory clearance etc.+ new Nomad news.

VM IPO*ed her AIM co- Advanced Computer Software in 2008 at £32million and sold in 2014 for £725 million.
So, there has never been any chance to buy as many may NOT have been on AIM in 2008 when she IPO*ed.

IMTK is a £2.5m region Mkt Cap which is micro-cap for what appears to be a cleaned up [financials] for the entry of a known and acknowledged "legendary" tech figure with Venture Capital and Private Equity, Stock broking, Investment Bank experience eg FinnCap Senior Advisor, Rothschilds etc. So, network on the open to see.

So, Mr Market, many appear to be buying, watching and keeping their powder dry or scaling in. Those selling may be stale bulls but not many around or those who panic at short thesis. For the rest, many are seasoned having been around the block several times at least.

Learning the ways of the market is helpful and insightful. On HL, the price is quoted on this forum but as shown, the live dummy prices are different, so always check.

It is also logical, that along the way, it is in finality what prices one has bought or the range of prices and the final price in X years.
