The last satellite image of Havieron was out on 2 Nov 2019 so one is due today, Thur, 7 Nov 2019. There is a new satellite image every 5 days.

From the last one I saw on this forum and on Twitter, I counted the holes drilled and it looked to me like 37 holes at Havieron. Maybe, others can count the number to see if 37 is correct? However, from the cals, they can now do some 3 holes a week with 6 rigs going. Aaandi also counted no of holes drilled per week.

In the last Newcrest update on 23 Oct 2019, they said that Hole 19-33 at Havieron are at different stages. Since Newcrest uses real-time coring and testing etc, they would have some idea of the progress upon which they based it on to continue to Stage 2 of the Stage 1 program?

On 23 Oct 2019, Newcrest also informed that they are going to Stage 2 of the Stage 1 drilling by spending the next $5m. Only 18 holes [14-18] at Havieron were declared with assay results. Gervaise Heddle, CEO of GGP in his interview said something like it is enough and subject to results continuing. Hence, the info on possible fast-track per the Proactive Investors article I posted much earlier.

Pr0t0n has cited Carrapeetna in Australia which is shaped like a near vertical pipe & sits under 500m of unmineralised rock similar to Havieron. Their M a i d e n R e s o u r c e s was based on 33 holes [Oz Minerals]. Pr0t0n gave the link. Attribution and thanks to Pr0t0n.

Without going over old ground, Telfer was scheduled to close in 2023 [prior to Newcrest Havieron farm-in]. So, not surprising that fast-track was mentioned?

Some data. Latest satellite imagery was on 23 Oct 2019 [Newcrest Qtr Report date]. The imagery is available e v e r y 5 days.

1) Numis on 9 Sep 2019 gave these dimensions in their note [4p target price] at 300m [length] x 200 m x 800 m [depth].

2) Greatland Gold drilled Havieron Hole 1-9. Thereafter, it was JV with Newcrest.

3)Newcrest*s 1st results were Havieron Hole 10-18 over several reporting sessions. Newcrest said in its latest 23 Oct 2019 Qtr*s that Havieron Hole 19-33 is in various stages of progress.

My Comment:
Yesterday*s GGP RNS mentioned that they were looking for another Tier 1 at Paterson, Western Australia. I was wondering which next target will be chosen.
Today*s RNS mentions Scallywag which is nearer to Telfer and near Havieron. Part of Scallwag is owned by Rio.

I posted an article that mentioned that Rio & FMG was interested in Havieron but no one took notice so I did not highlight it again. Yesterday*s GGP RNS mentioned that other miners were interested in Havieron. In other articles relating to Carrawine recent JV with Rio, it was said that Rio was looking "actively" looking for another WINU at Paterson region, W.A.

Rio has bought shares in Carawine [Australia] to the tune of $300,000 + $200,000 cash to farm into the Baton & Red Dog tenements. Rio will be required to spend $1 million on exploration and complete 2,000 metres of drilling within the 1st 2 yrs.

Carrawine*s Paterson project is near world-class deposits such as Newcrest*s Mining*s Telfer gold and copper mine and Nifty.

As I said previously, Newcrest*s Plan View map has 2 dotted lines from West to East. So Newcrest has been concentrating on the West to East lateral thus far. From the Edward Mead tweet from Artemis, it looks like the North & South [open] will be coming next into the picture. This is also where the gravity & magnetic anomaly map is situated.

So, to me, it would appear that what I said in the post within this thread is illuminated by Edward Mead*s tweet from Artemis. Ed and Will Scott had visited Havieron and thereafter gave the interview.

So, happy to know the direction per Ed Mead.

Last question:
From the historic gravity and magnetic anomaly map from Greatland Gold on https://www.greatlandgold.com/paterson/ it does show that both the gravity & magnetic anomaly is more towards the West side and this concurs with the Hole 12 & 14 assay results.

From what I can see by comparing Newcrest*s Plan View and the gravity and magnetic gravity historic map , it does appear to show that Newcrest is reaching the l i m i t s of the said anomaly.

This means 1,000m x 1,000m lateral as stated by GGP although PaddyGall measured it to 1,200m East to West.

This does have a bearing as Sprotts*s chart [table] are all based on 80m radius.

So, 1000 metres is 500m radius and so forthe as an example.

By the time, Newcrest finishes the 15 holes to No 33, that will show that the step - o u t s are pretty complete in terms of showing continuity.

Even BHP*s Oak Dam*s latest results were strong as they show continuity - that is the general principle of what all the co*s are trying to do initially.

I ask about the Plan View as shown by PaddyGall because in one earlier Satellite Imagery, he typed in East to West. But the actual Plan shows West to East.

The real Western side is to Telfer and the East is to Artemis*s Armada.

Hence, needed to ask to make sure.

Whatever it may be, in the absence of @aandi and @paddygall, the satellite imagery shows almost all the new holes circled by paddygall lies to the East side of the Plan View with only 1 new hole to the West as depicted by red and black circles, being the new holes.

In fact, I was taken aback by the new holes. The maximum was only supposed to be 5 holes at 1 a week. However, there are 15 holes in progress of drilling and assay results. This means they are drilling like ....

As for typo, one cannot use some website names, so they get cancelled out.

If almost all the new holes are to the East, then it does show that Newcrest are drilling further out on that side in terms of concentration for now.

Relating to the topic you brought up about Haverion Hole 19 [Newcrest-GGP], I think that is relevant as on 9 Sep 2019, Newcrest said they h a d drilled Hole 15 - 19 and awaiting assays results.

When Newcrest reported their Qtr Report on Wed, 23 Oct 2019 in Australia [UK time around 11.30pm], they did n o t provide Havieron Hole 19 assay results but instead they said Hole 19-33 [15 holes] are at various stages.

So, from 9 Sep 2019 to 23 Oct 2019, it appears that at the very least internal testing was done given their table did say they do internal testing etc from recall. At the very least would be XRF readings or more sophisticated equipment eg continuous core reading as they showed.

However, based on the release of Havieron Hole 15-18 assay results, Newcrest could then ascertain or decide that they were going on to Stage 2 drilling etc.

They a l l appear to the right side of Havieron Plan View which is to the East with only 1 on the West side and 1 in the middle of old drilled holes nearer the middle of the Western side.

So, appears that Hole 19 is on the East or is it actually on the West?

I double-checked.

The gent who is asking about share price posted on 29 Oct 2018 at 16:36. The GGP share price is recorded by London South East on the left as: 1. 0 7 p [which concurs with what I noted from the Lon Sth East share charts as above].

Then, on 31 Oct 2018, this gent posted: "Last chance to top up 1.1p." The London South East recorded the official share price as 1.11p.

Today, 24 Oct 2019, the share price of GGP is 1.813p.

So, nearly 80% i n c r e a s e in a year!
