The Times article on Sirius Minerals of today, Thur 20 Feb 2020 stated that Ordinary Shareholders hold 50% of the shares. 75% vote needed.

I quoted from the Mining Maven report of today. Mining Maven is on Twitter and you could tweet to Mining Maven.

I quoted yesterday Dolin which is in the process of permitting etc with 39 Moz ounces of gold [JV with Barrick]. You can look back in my post yesterday for the link which was provided by kirillklip who is CEO of a Canadian mining co.

On Twitter, even for Great Bear, people on the Canadian forum are using US$200 for their project [exploration].

For the avoidance of doubt, I quoted Mining Maven because their figures are based on the US$200.

So, NOT my figures nor for Donlin gold project figures.

For the calculation for Greatland Gold*s Havieron, Mining Maven used the lowest conservative $ 200 per ounch for Australian peers as above.

Yesterday, I quoted Donlin at US$154 [Canadian gold project] which was conservative.

This was the topic of discussion on this forum and elsewhere. So posting to provide the backup.

Newcrest started reporting drilling results for Havieron [farm-in with GGP] in 2019. Their ANN or RNS as they call it in the UK was officially headed:

"Further h i g h g r a d e results at the Havieron project."-10.9.19 [Hole 10-14]

"Exploration Update: Drilling returns h i g h g r a d e results at Havieron."- 2.12.19 [Hole 14-18 with Hole 19-33 at various staages].

Newcrest released their Qtr Activities Report on 30 Jan 2020 [+Exploration Report ] for Havieron Hole 19-36. However, they did n o t provide guidance like the last time on the holes they have in progress. One can calculate roughly how many holes they have completed.

Greatland Gold*s RNS on the Newcrest drilling results were headed differently.
So, from Newcrest*s perspective, they deem Havieron as " h i g h g r a d e" and called the latest results on 30.1.20 as "G r a d e s l ik e these are r a r e."

Mr Heddle, CEO of GGP mentions Hole 23. bottom , top etc and the 200m bridge, far out to the North, 450m etc.

Its best a few people listen to it and the figures of 200m bridge is mentioned by Mr Heddle and far out to the North. I listened to it again quickly as I wanted to post the link to it for my archive.
