How fast time has flown from GGP drilling just 9 holes at Haverion and Newcrest farming in.

History now records that Gervaise Heddle, CEO in his very recent interview with London South East that he was excited at Hole 1. However, history also records that even after 9 holes, no one even suspected that there would be a farm-in by Newcrest. However, at Hole 5 visuals, the RNS did say "massive sulphides" whilst the share price was then 1.04p for a longish time. Today, it is 12.8p, Fri, 12 June 2020.

So, that*s the history of Havieron which will become owned by Newcrest whilst GGP has 30% of Havieron. Newcrest is the operator doing all the drilling now.

I posted not so long ago about Fortesque of Australia and Twiggy Forest on this forum. He had a first co [complex geology ..] . The second one ,Fortesque went through a patch [historical] with f u n d i n g when it was .... He emerged from that and went from strength to strength. If not for that funding, today, there would be no Fortesque.

Twiggy Forest is one of the big names in Australian iron ore and the co has a mkt cap of A$37.5 billion @$12.05 [13.5.20]. Fortesque was a penny stock when it started. This is the background to what the Founder is talking about re:Twiggy Forest. The last time I checked Fortesque had a mkt cap of A$25b.

From my previous post, I did not mention that a mining expert said that in bad times eg commodity bear mkt, these stocks can go down 90%. I noticed some have fallen 95%. I am following KDNC and its 2nd re-birth with the Amapa iron ore project in Brazil as its main focus at the moment. So, iron ore is of interest.

Historical common feature of the two 95 baggers? Observation and info:

1) Shell co mkt cap as posted. The other co - the interview said that it was a shell like co.

2) New management or new shell [REM].

3)Shell or shell-like = very extremely low mkt cap. REM was a £1m mkt cap. So going to £95m = 95x. In the other example [not named here], at the 95x the mkt cap was £285m+ [also strted as shell mkt cap per interview].

4) The co finds a geologically considered major resource. However, in REM*s case, they did not own 100% of Sonora, hence the difficulty then. Or what they call "elephants."

5)Speculative - all shells are speculative in general.

6) Depends on when anyone buys in ie at the lowest shell price or at the height. So, one for history.

Typo: It should be "beat" not be ie looking for the historical top bagger on AIM. So far I cant find anyone that beat the 95 bagger mark in my time.

The old name for Cadence Minerals [KDNC] was Rare Earth Minerals [REM].
David Lenigas used a shell co with a mkt cap of £1m & renamed it REM plc.

As it started drilling the Sonora lithium project then [or paid for by REM with BCN], the shares were at 0.04p.

At its height, the REM shares rose to 2.25p and the market cap was £95m.

Sonora has now got a JV with Ganfeng and is one of the largest non-brine lithium deposits. However, when REM was not successful in taking over BCN at £1, the slide in the stock began shortly after.

Just looking at the statistic of who could be the 95 bagger record. One other co has done 95.5 bagger so REM or KDNC is within the near 100 bagger range.

From the London South East Share Chart [5 yrs], it shows that on 11 May 2015, the share price was 0.145p. On Mar 22, 2016, the share price was 0.1p.

This year*s 52 week high was 9.55p whilst the low was 1.455p.

GGP drilled 9 holes at Havieron, Paterson, Australia and thereafter Newcrest JV*ed into the project. Fast forward Newcrest will be producing the Maiden Resource in mid- 2020 from recall.

Thanks everyone for the contribution of the chat on this unusual KDNC share price rise. Havent seen this for a looooooooong time.

On the main KDNC forum, the London South East free info shows 928k+ shares bought and 363k shares sold +21.09% to 8.9p.

From this forum, I recorded the initial + 130% mark followed by a further + 37%
mark and now 21% up WITHIN a few days of trading.

I wonder if this is re-rating due to the KDNC Amapa iron ore project news/RNS or it is possible short-covering? Not sure.

Mkt closed now. KDNC ended at 7.35p +37.38 %.

As for the share price, the spread advertised is 0.2 to sell and 2p to buy.
However, in one*s account, the balance does n o t show it is 0.2p to sell as its more. However, one cant get l i v e price unless one telephones the broker as there is still no live online quote.

Day 2 of SYME [formerly Abal plc], Tues 24 Mar 2020.

SYME shares [formerly Abal plc] - Those in anyone*s ISA A/c were transferred to the normal account given Abal was delisted from AIM. SYME is now listed on the London Main Mkt as of today.

The bid/offer price is 0.2p to sell and 2p to buy. Prior to delisting from AIM, Abal plc was around 0.85p.
The broker does not allow online dealing for SYME.

Broker*s internal message quoted the AIM rules and that Abal has been delisted from AIM.

As such, it cannot be held in an ISA. It has to go into an Ordinary Share A/c or if one wished, the broker would send a paper certificate. The broker said to let them know one*s decision. If they dont get an answer, they will put the Abal shares into the investor*s Ordinary A/c.

Kindly check as that was the message to me said via the broker. Others may be different if they have different brokers.

As I said in my earlier posts a few days ago [can still see the posts], Abal is still live in Companies House and next a/c is in Mar 2020. I gave the LINK to Co*s House.

So, the money is still in Abal from the sale of the business. If they cannot do a Main Listing, they can REDISTRIBUTE the money in the bank of some $1m + milestone from recall but please check the RNS? The money still belongs to shareholders technically and legally? The money underpins the share price at close?
