I bought yesterday in addition to the earlier days after Clontarf 6 May 2021 RNS relating to the co "in negotiations" in Bolivia over lithium. So, if there was any ....in, well I WAS ONE OF THE BUYERS as with many other new investors.

This theory of 0.32p DUMP is NOT PROVEN BY THE EVIDENCE AND PROOF from HL today.

I also find out who one of the institutions is: Marmite Capital AG Investment Advisor. Their address is in Zurich. Clontarf stated in their NEW MAY 2021 PRESENTATION THAT 20% ARE INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS.

As I stated from a news article of 4 May 2021, the Bolivian govt /state co called INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS TO AN ONLINE MEETING TO INVITE THEM TO INVEST IN BOLIVIAN LITHIUM AND FROM THE TITLE FROM CLONTARF*S LATEST MAY 2021 PRESENTATION FROM THEIR WEBSITE, THEY STATE THAT THE BOLIVIAN GOVT INVITED "LI PROPOSALS."

Also, there are INSTITUTIONAL INVESTORS = 20% so what was said on this forum appears NOT correct. Those who are interested can find out who these insitutional invetors ARE for such a small co like Clontarf with a mkt cap of £3m.

So, dont say its just little ole us.

After the RISE yesterday in Clontarf Energy with news from Bolivia as said, there has been
NO DUMP ie share price collapsed or fallen back etc.

After the Clontarf Energy RNS of 6 May 2021 wherein the co said they are "in negotiations"
and there was an update on the Clontarf website as quoted by others, many NEW INVESTORS have decided to buy including me. So, I bought a bit more yesterday and if someone made from me, that is good for them.

There are a few trades this morning consisting of 3 sells of 100k, 141k and 118k shares costing £363, £507 and £427. Then there is a 1m buy. Last night, at 4.26pm, there was a 5m buy. I did say that I tested and the MM would offer 5m and thereafter N/T ie no price online for over that size. Looks like the buyer if the same one has had to buy this morning.

It is proof that there is NO P- just people wanting to buy a LOW MKT CAP CLONTARF AT £3M with the attendant risk it may or may NOT eventuate into a deal and that RISK is spelled out in the 6 May 2021 RNS that the co is "in negotiations." As for Ghana, I dont know very much about it but I gather that they have the licence in Ghana and it is going to be restored having won against the authorities? Also, the licence is near Tullow. If anyone knows more, then let us know.

Again, the co had a low mkt cap and there was no guarantee they would find something in Sonora but thankfully they did. So, everyone understands what a SHELL MKT CAP is or was with REM which NO LONGER EXISTS in this current forum so HISTORY.

The 5m buyer last night had to pay a bit more than the quoted price of 0.39p because of the size and from recall it came to £19,000+. Tis not me certainly.

All these small sells, if there is profit it will be little given it is NO MORE THAN £500 capital.
So, if there is even 20% profit, it comes to a bit LESS than £100 after spread and commission.

Lets see what the next update is if any from Clontarf given they said on the landing page, they are testing samples ? Have a look at the website from Clontarf landing page.

That is true of all AIM stocks. I will try to buy to lower my price if it goes to 0.32p placing price again. True of every stock, hence, I buy a bit only initially given that I do hope that David Horgan, CEO of Clontarf will be successful in what is going to be a potential Bolivian play.

If I had sold my Clontarf shares today bought over 3 days since May 6 , 2021 Clontarf RNS, then my profit is £54. What can £54 buy? Maybe, 2 outings to MacDonalds and transport.

If I keep £54 and went into your stock then JUST THE SPREAD ALONE and the non-liquid nature of the stock will mean I have LOST MONEY? I checked and your other stock is DOWN 4%+.

So, with AIM stock and all stocks. That is my experience.

Hence, why I try to buy as low as I can.

I am NO chartist. Also, on the London Stock Exchange and especially AIM, I do NOT find charts useful. Why? No one is following charts here.

2] You used the word that I cannot use as its not allowed in my vocab- DID YOU TRY IT IE LIVE PRICE AND SEEING IF THE MM HAVE STOCK? I do that to find out how much more stock they have. If they have a lot, then obviously, there has been SALES OR ITS FROM THE RECENT PLACING. I cant keep track of the placing number as I am not the expert in that - I leave it to others to tote up.

Yes, if you call £54 PROFIT in my account showing today as profit, I do not think it is profitable given the capital is large and the % is only +1.68% given the huge spread.

Bolivia has NOT been keen to let others into their lithium. There has been an OVERTHROW so the press say. Well, whatever it is, Bolivia is NOW UNDER A NEW GOVT and they have just CALLED INTERNATIONAL INVESTORS LIKE GANFENG, NO 1 LITHIUM PRODUCER and other big boys in lithium. As for Clontarf, if you look at Twitter under #clon, you will see that in 2019, CLONTARF also bid against other co*s and this is a Reuters article. So, there is proof of Clontarf*s involvment in Bolivia re: lithium.

5] The people buying today @0.36p to sell and 0.39p to buy +16% or so ARE NOT IN PROFIT. So, you said you made a profit. YES, I WAS IN PROFIT TO THE TUNE OF £54. Does one consider that profit? I dont.

I have been checking the share price and trying LIVE prices. It has NOTHING to do with investors here. Why?

Its something to do with the WARRANTS - I dont have all the details as I have not toted up how many of the total have been exercised. However, from LIVE DUMMY BUYING, THE MM*S ONLY HAVE X NO OF BZT SHARES to sell. Then, its the WARRANT HOLDERS CONVERTING THAT MAY BE SELLING as norm?

NONE of us here are WARRANT HOLDERS.

As for traders, they are in every stock even the one you are in. Even big stocks like the BP*s of this world have sellers and traders ie institutions etc. Same with the Apple*s of this world.

At the close of today, the share price has STILL NOT TAKEN A DUMP with the price closing at 0.36p to sell and 0.39p to buy +13.64%. So, a P -D has NOT been proven.

Given I bought my shares in CLON after the 6 May 2021, I have NOT MANAGED to buy cheaper than 0.35p and 0.34p over 2 days. I bought some today but at a much higher price. At one point, I was only up £54 over a pretty big capital base.

So, as long as the CLONTARF RNS of 6 May 2021 is QUOTED IN VERBATIM ie "in negotiations" with the Bolivian state co, then the SITUATION has been told as it is.

However, you say you are in profit and one wonders how given what is my experience and what is showing on my account?

The thing is, I think that if you had said that one could buy cheaper later, that is O>K and that is everyone*s CHOICE. However, you called this WHOLE FORUM investors as P -D which I think is not fair play?

So, I think that should be SET RIGHT, after all, this is a democractic country and people should have the right to reply otherwise people reading think you are right all the way?

Perhaps you may not mean it that way, hence why one would like to know how?

As you may be aware, a £2.5 MILLION MKT CAP FOR CLONTARF IS CONSIDERED A SHELL MKT CAP. A shell is one which normally does NOT have anything substantial yet. I was in the Alpala drill and at the start the market cap was £8m with NOTHING. Same with HAVIERON and so too with many other stocks.

So, that is pretty clear from ALL STOCKS? Oh, there is an iron ore stock - it has NOT even got the 20% yet share but the mkt cap is £43m plus their holding of some £14m in another lithium stock?

So, yes, I think fair play means EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE THEIR RIGHT TO REPLY TO YOUR postulations which have NOT PROVEN TRUE.

I have actually just checked the Clontarf share price and it is 0.36p to sell and 0.39p to buy +13.64%.

It is now 4:10pm and the stock market is about to CLOSE and YET, there is NO DUMP which should be been a DUMP if it was X and Y as said?

The spread is wide and that is the market quoting the spread and nothing to do with any one else as investors have NO control over that.

I do NOT have L2 but I checked via LIVE PRICES and I find that after X millions, it goes to N/T ie NO PRICE OFFERED ONLINE. So, the market HAS NO MORE STOCK ONCE IT IS SOLD from this current stock the MM*s hold. The placing price is 0.32p which was dated 6 May 2021 so UNLESS the market wants to issue SYNTHETIC STOCK, then maybe there is loose stock or else it will dry up.

This stock Clontarf is of interest to anyone who is interested in lithium stocks. Why? Bolivia holds a very large lithium resource and it is huge per the RNS of 6 May 2021 from Clontarf.
In fact, there have been news relating to the Bolivian lithium which involved a "OOP"?

So, yes, there has been no progress until the NEW BOLIVIAN GOVT CAME IN and they have invited co*s to invest so we await news from Clontarf.

That is the situation and CLONTARF*S 6 MAY 2021 STATED IT CLEARLY IE "IN NEGOTIATIONS" with the Bolivian state co. Clear also it is a £3m mkt cap so the RISK REWARD IS ALSO CLEAR or else it would be £24m mkt cap like the Germany lithium play which is the CHEAPEST on the market [London] at the moment.

So, the Clontarf situation has changed and hence why many are interested WITH CAVEAT ie "in negotiations" as stated by Clontarf*s 6 May 2021 RNS.

I bought some today and earlier as I stated having checked the date on my account. So some are cheap and some more expensive which I bought the AFTER 6 May 2021 Clontarf*s RNS.

Out of due respect, I am wondering how you made 20% TODAY given my account DOES NOT SHOW I made 20% due to the spread?

I said my account showed £54 in blue ie profit earlier today despite the rise.
My capital on this stock is quite a lot so the earlier 1.68% profit is NOT a lot over a sizeable capital sum.

The share is £4.30 and £4.50 to buy and sell. From the history of the stock, it would NEED $1BN to develop the nickel project in S.Africa.

Over on Clontarf, the mkt cap is £3m and RISK REWARD is known given the placing was at 0.32p and the RNS of 6 May 2021 from Clontarf states they are "in negotiations" with the Brazil state co.

Hope you can provide clarification.

Everyone who*s 1st language is English will know what negotiations are or can go to Google to ask what is negotiations.

Hence, why the MKT CAP OF CLONTARF ENERGY IS £3M @0.38p to sell and 0.39p to buy +16.67%. If this is a P--..., then BY NOW @1:49 noon, Wed, 12 May 2021 it should have fallen like a stone?

So, the company has stated it clearly as to the position ie "negotiations."

For the record:

The placing price on 6 May 2021 Clontarf RNS was 0.325p.
On 10 May 2021, I had to pay 0.35p and on the 11 May 2021, I paid 0.34p.
I then had to average up.

So, talk of 0.3p was NEVER seen post 6 May 2021 Clontarf RNS stating they are in "negotiations" with the Bolivian state co for lithium.

So, per DD1, paying 0.30p soon - I will wait to see and hope I can also buy IF it proves correct.

In BLACK & WHITE from Clontarf Energy plc RNS as submitted as regulatory news service to the London Stock Exchange. The mkt cap is £3m @0.39p to sell and 0.42p to buy currently, Wed, 12 May 2021. It may fall back or not, one has to wait to see. EVERYONE READ THE 6 MAY 2021 CLONTARF RNS. If one reads the latest news from Bolivia as I quoted with the title, the Bolivian govt has conducted an online meeting with INVESTORS like GANFENG, World*s largest Chinese producer of lithium and Uranium 1, Russia*s subsidiary of Roscom, nuclear state co.

In 2019, CLONTARF pitched against 6 rivals for Coipasa and Pastos Grandes, Bolivia.

Ganfeng is a Chinese co - not sure if they are listed for UK holders to buy and even if it were, the mkt cap is not for me. TBEA is also a Chinese co.

When I looked up Clontarf, I listened to an interview by the CEO with Proactive Investors in 2019 as part of due diligence and he talked of doing business with the Chinese who will help with the technology. As to the info you mentioned, I have seen it today under "Project" from the Clontarf website. Whether it is 49%, it appears that the JV is something that the CEO mentioned even in 2019 as the co is NOT going into lithium in Bolivia on their own due to the technical expertise needed to process the lithium salts from Bolivia.

The Clontarf 6 May 2021 RNS said they are in "negotiations" with the state co.

I first bought Clontarf this year on 17 Mar 2021 and had to pay 0.48p. On one*s stockbroking a/c, one can click onto to the share and see what price one has paid. Currently, today, the share price is 0.41p to sell and 0.45p to buy which is around the £3m mkt cap, something that is NOT found elsewhere as the mkt caps are into the £20m+ ie starting from as I said.
