Towards the end of the Alastair Ford interview with Sarah Lowther @Proactive Investors, he said that there are opportunities [or singular] for investors :

"TAKE A VIEW" or rather 2 views given he mentioned 2 subject matters. However, the last few words I believe was CROPPED? LoL.

Why take a view? Mkt Cap is £720m+ at the 18p+ mark. Needs quite a bit of maths to be done as to the final potential of the discovery at Havieron & the implication ££*s. That*s my take on Mr Ford saying there is an opportunity - Take a view or rather 2 views, the latter of which depends on the potential mining & profit sharing etc. Quite normal for PRE-PRODUCTION PLAY cals as Havieron is NO longer a PRE-DISCOVERY PLAY like at Hole 5 Pre-Assay Results @1.15p.

An interesting interview by Proactive Investors with Alastair Ford, Mining Analyst with what others are saying about GGP*s Havieron, Newcrest decline, grades , most importantly the opportunity for investors as to what Havieron MAY hold and what*s next.

How times has flown from HOLE 5 Pre-Assay Results at Havieron which was an indication of more to come. The rest is history but befitting to record early investors and their take [2 camps] vs actual todate which was so well documented and summarised by Alistair Ford with thanks.

I have just finished listening to the CCZ video of today, Thur, 22 July 2021.

Yes, the mention of "APPLICATION" does refer to "MINING LICENCE APPLICATION" and it will depend on the results. Also about Arya and the drilling to be competed...etc. Have a listen as its quite short.

MM*s forced to pay more to sellers as advertised price [not live] is now 4.3p to sell and 4.5p to buy +7.07%. Live dummy quote shows MM*s willing to pay slightly more than 4.3p. LoL, this appears like DELAYED reaction from yesterday*s XTR RNS re: Footrot & day before on extension [possible] to Racecourse. DYOR.

This morning @8:51am, Wed, 14 July 2021, the market has raised the price, hence probably can now buy. I have tried and one can buy today, post XTR RNS re: Footrot, NSW, Australia.

Looks like there is NO ONE home at XTR?

Not sure why "NEWCREST JV" did not print?

From my experience of Havieron, Alpala etc:
The market is made up of experienced mining investors - they APPEAR not to have to wait until all 13 assay results are in before they can assess the possible/potential. This is common to most junior mining stocks? To check, the London Stock Exchange used to published on their AIM site, a graph entitled "NEWS ANALYSIS GRAPH". It shows the SHARE PRICE graph with RED & GREEN ARROWS. Use the cursorer over the green or red and it will give the RNS ie the share rise or fall via RNS released etc. Of course, if this stock has less seasoned investors, it may take longer until the results gets out.

I will give an example of Havieron because that is what Mr Conford reported on prior to covering XTR*s Bushranger. He wanted to know where the Greatlanders had gone. AFTER 9 HOLES DRILLED at Havieron, many said it needs A JORC, MRE etc. Some said, the results were NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Unknown to many, NEWCREST shortly after the 9 hole results offered a $65 million or $60m. Obviously, NEWCREST WAS WATCHING THE RESULTS AS THEY CAME IN and was more cognisant than ordinary folks. The CEO said the industry understood the results.
From news sources, it was NOT only Newcrest interested but end of the day, Newcrest gave the best deal? Logical deduction?

Answer: The drilling for Phase 2, Racecoure is expected to be finished Nov 2021.
In the meantime, 2 rigs in operation shortly [15.7.21] and RESULTS to come in ie faster turnround per the interview. Thanks Stevemocal for the info on Cadia Ridgeway.

Going on PAST DRILLS of say ALPALA based on modelling, they could tell the TONNAGE even PRIOR TO THE 1ST DRILL. It turned out very accurate at initial 1-2 Bt. Given that the strike was 2.2km, in the end MRE #3 came in at 2.65Bt from recall. Even the GRADES were forecast PRIOR to the 1st drill hole. This is ALL from GEOPHYSICS AND MODELLING.

From what I could make out, Mr Bird has done the MODELLING FOR XTR RACECOURSE. It is much easier for XTR given that there was ALREADY A JORC and PREVIOUS GEOPHYSICS DONE although not as sophisticated but was able to identify the mineralisation at Racecourse. So, this time round with NEW GEOPHYSICS, it is much easier as previous drilling is helpful vs NO DRILLING at Alpala.

Mr Bird*s answer to Zaks Question: Potential as to what people are expecting?
He mentioned 200, 300, 400Mt. Couldnt catch about grade? Also, the CADIA-RIDGEWAY is of interest but I couldnt catch that part either as the sound was not clear.

I will wait what others say about the LAST answer to Zak*s said question which is of importance.

The 2nd technical on FOOTROT this time which is the same licence area as Racecourse, NSW, Australia.

This time, Mr Colin Bird, Executive Chairman, XTR expains the "CHARGEABILITY" very clearly and in detail. Footrot had been drilled by AA before ie very few holes + re-scanned cores [XRF].

This is further to what I posted yesterday about "chargeability." Today*s RNS went into chargeability in DETAIL leaving no stone unturned as to the meaning in general and in particular to Racecourse & Footrot. Kindly read & check.

I have been keeping up with the RNS*s from XTR and Mr Bird*s interview/s including reading when free all the forums relating to XTR.

Further to what I posted earlier, KINCORA COPPER has just released an RNS/ANN of 8 July 2021.
Kincora Copper is headed by John Holiday, 1 of the 3 GEO*s who discovered CADIA-RIDGEWAY. Kincora*s licence area is WEST of CADIA-RIDGEWAY [Newcrest] and NEARER BODA. XTR are on the RIGHT of CADIA-RIDGEWAY from the map of the Lachlan Fold.

IN DIAGRAM 6, Kincora*s assay results may be of interest as to what the LACHLAN FOLD, NSW, AUSTRALIA produces NEAR CADIA-RIDGEWAY. I cite ONLY the COPPER GRADES given XTR*s Racecourse is mainly copper:
"14 - 44m @0.2gt gold & 0 . 1 2 % CU COPPER,
14-0.1 0 % cu copper.
11- 74m @0.4% cu.
8 - 87.7m @ 0.1 9 % cu

Kindly check as I only took notes and there may be errors in copying. INDUSTRY NEWS . As I said, its difficult to produce something that is not typical Lachlan Fold, NSW, Australia that is CLOSE TO CADIA-RIDGEWAY, XTR*s neighbour. Perhaps, XTR may find the better grades in the licence as can be common to big licence areas but as of now, these are the GRADES? DYOR.

Further to comment on today*s RNS, Mon 12 July 2021, it is of interest to point out that the previous geophysics done by Tooday etc did lead to the mineralisation at Racecourse. That is now fact. As for today*s RNS, it does point to this and now we have ANOTHER target at Racecourse. It is common knowledge that "chargeability" has to be TESTED pertaining to any anomaly.

In so far as the Phase 1 was concerned, the GRADES were the moot point for some. This is understandable that if folks want HIGH GRADE, they are unlikely to pick LOW/LOWER GRADES which is more usual for PORPHYRIES. Even for neighbouring Newcrest*s CADIA RIDGEWAY, the resource is 3.5 BT @ 0 . 2 6 % CU COPPER & 0.4g/t au and the first area mined [open pit], the grade was 0.19 % cu as posted before. https://xtractresources.com/bushranger-project/

This is now the decision for everyone to make but it is positive that the PHASE 2 drilling area could be as large as the MINERALISED AREA of Racecourse?

Given that I have come from Havieron, that was also a KEY point. This is common for ALL drilling as geophysics does give an indication but has to be TESTED BY DRILLING.

On 5 July 2021, Gunsynd*s investee co, Rincorn [ASX listed] issued a RNS/ANN to state that they are due to commence drilling at HASTIES, Paterson Province, Western Australia.

I have done prior research on Hasties and the other project, also near Newcrest*s Telfer, Patrson, WA. Hasties is closer to Telfer. Some of the research is posted on this forum some time ago.
