A8G- share price A 43.5c, MKT CAP A$20.03 Million. So, gone up further from A$14m in the Stockhead.com.au article on 17.9.21

When Bonkers0801 addressed his appreciation to me, I note that AyatollahBlair took the compliment and replied? Quite obvious, we are 2 DIFFERENT POSTERS. If you look around the London South East forum, there are a few posters with more POSTING HISTORY than mine.
These are the old-timers who recognise each other given the length of time on a few forums.

Bonkers0801 - POW is entering a pivotal point now wherein we may see the 1st IPO SPINOUT ie NEW BALLARAT GOLD CORP [NBGC] on the London listed mkt end of yr. Tomorrow, Alba Mineral*s spin out of their Greenland licences etc will IPO in London ie GreenRoc with an anticipated MKT CAP OF £11M roughly, raising £5m with Alba retaining some 54%.

Greenland has been in the news as the consortium [Bill Gates, Bezos, Bloomberg etc] have taken a stake in Jay.

So, one can see that POW has a mkt cap of some £23m the last time I checked @2p. First Equity Broker Research Note [latest available] was posted yesterday with a target price of 6p which is 3x more. One can see that ECR commands a mkt cap of £16m although more earlier at around £23-25m just for the Creswick /Ballis. licences in Victoria, NORTH OF BALLARAT MINE whilst POW is South of BALLARAT MINE. First Equity mentioned 3 IPO spin out and reasonably, it would appear that if spun out, it could command a X price.

I am not sure if in specie dividend may mean a distribution to us shareholders. If so, then any shorts could be in the soup given that un-issued short shares WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE the free distribution spin-out shares but we have to ask PJ closer to the time as to how it works out.

I did know what "UNRECORDED" was when I read the Proactive Investors UK article on the RRAL O*LAUGHLINS - the exploration director gave the game away by telling that it was BENEATH PINE LITTER [sorry not sure why certain words like litter comes out as something else once posted] which means CANT BE SEEN off-hand. THERE, RRAL FOUND AN ADIT AND A BIG, HUGE SHAFT -LODE CONTINUITY & GRADE IS WHAT THEY ARE GOING TO TEST FOR.

BALLARAT MINE, VICTORIA, OZ [NEAR MELBOURNE]
This is the big Victorian find besides FOSTERVILLE [BENDIGO AREA], Victoria. These 2 ie Ballarat and Bendigo area are called VICTORIA GOLD TRIANGLE officially.

Only 2 huge finds ie Ballarat & Fosterville, latter north of Ballarat.

So, the Oz govt DID NOT KNOW THAT THIS WAS GOING ON - UNKNOWN FOR THE LAST 150 OR 100 YRS. SINCE RED ROCK COULD SHOW THE PICTURE OF THE HUGE SHAFT , it would mean they would have taken SAMPLES AS NORM.

GOOD GRACIOUS ME. I like the way the RRAL Exploration Director put it ie that there was more mining than THOUGHT? In today*s terminology, its may be called a MID-NIGHT MINE, HENCE WHY IS BENEATH PINE LITTER etc. How could it even have taken place? To dig such a HUGE SHAFT requires EARTH REMOVED etc.

I have been following the various licences RRAL obtained which was near FOSTERVILLE and BALLARAT MINE in Victoria, Australia. Ballarat is nearer Melbourne and Fosterville is further north of Ballarat. Ballarat Mine is today owned by the Chinese.

CLARIFICATION -FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT

1] Yes, co*s issue RNS*s. That is the form of old.

2] Now the Securities Exchange Commission [USA] recognises SOCIAL MEDIA from the COMPANY or CEO TWITTER A/C to be OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION. Perhaps not on the same PAR with RNS*s but still a RECOGNISED CHANNEL. This will be the same for UK and Australia. Hence, why CEO*s use INTERVIEWS via Proactive Investors UK/AU, Stockbox, ShareTalk etc. To get onto Proactive these co*s have to become CLIENTS. Proactive *s Twitter timeline says so and there is a FEE usually as norm given that media, reporters, interviewers all cost money plus studio, equipment etc.

[3] London South East has set up this STOCK FORUM so that people / investors can share their RESEARCH, general news on say copper if the co is into copper etc, Mergers & Acquisitions.

CONCLUSION:
Even the London South East INTERVIEWED Paul Johnson relating to the WALLAL project in Paterson Region, Western Australia. People will be aware that Paul Johnson went into GGP
and did the re-organisation after Ernest Giles and interviewed for a new CEO to take over. As PJ said, HAVIERON WAS ON REVIEW BY THE BOARD at the time. So, PJ made his name at Metal Tiger as well as GGP & part of his successful C.V. Now, PJ returns to PATERSON AGAIN via Wallal wherein it is close to RIO TINTO*S WINU World Class copper project, Paterson, WA. Rio*s Winu is in the structural window to Havieron. Now, Havieron is being drilled by Newcrest just after 9 holes. The shares have gone from 1.13p to 40p at one stage. Havieron is world class per brokers of distinction.

A lot is happening. After posting I found that PJ has given an INTERVIEW piece via an article dated 22 Sep 2021 for which I AM GRATEFUL AND APPRECIATE as I asked if PJ could give us more details which I posted on this forum.

BALLARAT CORPORATION is also going to be of interest given Andrew Bell has resigned from POW to take Ballarat further via an IPO but on which exchange I am not sure at the momo.
Andrew Bell*s grandfather was a Victorian gold miner/explorer etc so he has good form.
Mr Bell tends to be very helpful and forthcoming and I have just found IMPORTANT INFO about Ballarat Corp.

I had done so deep dive research on Boswana nickel ie how many companies were exploring for nickel. Was there a nickel mine is Boswana. Yes, the S I Z E of the Molopo Farms Complex in Boswana is WELL KNOWN and published. There is a LOT OF ACADEMIC WORK on it and papers on Molopo Farms Complex [MFC]. I read some that were free to read as many of the academic papers are expensive ie into thousands eg from Macquaire. It runs into pages and pages.

The BOSWANA GOVT THEMSELVES are very interested in Molopo Farms Complex as Boswana is next or near SOUTH AFRICA*S B U S H V E L D C O M P L E X , a major source of PGM*s as stated by the Chairman of Kalahari Key in the POW said RNS. It is for this reason, only in my opinion that PART OF THE CORES from Molopo Farms Complex had to be sent to their UNIVERSITY to be also studied and assayed etc?

This is GEOLOGICAL HYPOTHESIS BY KALAHARI KEY Geo*s etc who are distinguished per their C.V*s on their website. Rather it is "INTEPRETATION" as said by the Chairman of Kalahari Key in the said POW RNS of 21 July 2021.

If I did not TYPE OUT THE EXACT WORDS of the POW said RNS, I am not sure what the reaction would be as to what the Chairman of Kalahari Key said: " V O I S E Y B A Y style M A J O R NICKEL DISCOVERY."

Hard to take it all in - I have not even started further research.

Yes, it is IMPORTANT for POW to make potential MAJOR DISCOVERY/IES which is helpful to the co and how the co can move forward. Few co*s make MAJOR DISCOVERIES ie TIER 1.

Otherwise, this would have been posted here on some of the more important INFO. I did NOT SEE THE TWEET BY PJ ON MOLOPO FARMS POSTED, hence I posted. Nor did I see the SEP 20 interview by PJ posted wherein he tells the NEXT DIRECTION OF THE CO & THE END GAME of how ALL THE PROJECTS ARE PROCEEDING.

2] Hence, I posted the TWEET by Paul Johnson, CEO on Molopo Farms, Boswana, one of the FIRST /earliest KEY exploration targets. The info in PJ*s tweet was NOT in the RNS on Molopo Farms issued late in the day in very recent days.

3] As I stated, the interview by Paul Johnson, CEO of POW with Sarah Lowther via TMS Search dated 20 Sep 2021 is of a "DEFINITIVE" nature. Why? All the projects are coming to a STRATEGIC POINT /INFLECTION wherein, they go forward eg BALLARAT CORPORATION relating to the Victoria gold licences and to be listed on the ASX.

4] What Paul Johnson said in the interview was of interest to ALL investors, hence I took time and effort to post for everyone. MOST DONT LISTEN TO INTERVIEWS given there are many and some are said to NOT read RNS*s!

5] The SEC in the USA and by extension it will be the same for the UK in that the CEO can communicate on social media to investors. Most WILL NOT REPLY but PJ is good in that he will at least acknowedge or take note to provide an answer the next time he is interviewed. So, that is PART of the process of COMMUNICATION between CEO, CO & investors.

6] From the interview [listening to the audio], I PICKED up a CRUCIAL POINT which I posted in the notes and asked people to listen for themselves. WHERE THIS CO is going is not easy to gauge as this is NOT the normal 1-2 project exploration co but rather extract value through IPO/s. PJ himself said it has NOT been DONE in London before.

----FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT: Hence, the interview by PJ IS OF A--- DEFINITIVE NATURE --which ALL INVESTORS SHOULD BE INTERESTED IN and what they take from it. Each will have to listen and my notes will give a hint of the subject he spoke about. -------

My style - some dont like it. They want everything short and sweet ie 1-2 para*s.
Yes, that can be done but anyone can have a view. Views are fine generally. However, in STOCKS, the view must be SUPPORTED by factual analyses. That analysis is harder to come by given that for AIM stocks, a lot of broker reporters are NOT available to private investors due to M...legals. A/c to Crux Investors, these notes cost a lot of producer ie into 3 figures. So, one should look for every possible bit of data to put together. For example, if ARCM is not in the PROXIMITY of Sentinel, Kushangshi [First Quantum] or Lumwana [Barrick Gold], how does one go about looking at their deposit grades, geo etc. On Twitter, someone mentioned Kamoa-Kakula which is in the DRC. Kamoa-Kakula was a 1 off and nowhere else in the DRC have they produced such grades. So, reason would say, the "massive sulphides mineralisation" would be difficult to extend to this one-off. The CORES itself does not look similar. So, after digesting everything and SUMMARISING it in 1-2 para*s which is what FOLKS WANT as expressed at times, then to do so would or COULD MEAN a quick EXIT. Why? Even SP Angel, No 1 etc in Copper or Gold and No 2 & 3 as a leading London mining analyst house got the ...in the interview & broker note, what more lesser humans? So, the moral of the story is, due diligence takes a lot of time and therefore, they come out in bits. I appreciated the SP Angel interview and note as it cut down my time to search for Sentinel etc. Next, it would be helpful to find out when these copper mines run out or grades are starting to decline as they become advanced to the point of perhaps exhaustion of the higher grades = profitability etc. Hope that explains. Dont have to do much more as the results and time will tell as do with ALL prospects like Alpala, Havieron etc -all history now but not then. That is the hard part - early detection. That is what forums are for ie to share research and different people come up with the work so that its less wearing etc. Not editing as rushing off.

I had liked the mozEIGHT tweet of 23.12.20 before for my own archive but sometimes, I clear my likes. So, I had to search for it [mozEight] again on Twitter.

I opened the Tweet by mozEIGHT and unfortunately he did NOT link it to the said Paul Johnson interview [POW] wherein he stated about "may" ..major discovery. From my own recall, I did not note the word "may" but as norm it is always "potential." I myself did NOT DARE tweet what Paul Johnson said in the interview because it may not have found favour given one knows what the reception could be. For this reason, one finds on these forums, a link but no EXTRACTS and it is for this reason. So, many things are missed by lots of people because they do not listen to everything. I listen to almost everything and everything Paul Johnson tweets.

For this reason, I decided to POST what Paul Johnson, CEO of Power Metal Resources just tweeted himself in WORDS that are in black & white [Verbatim] so that there is NO listening errors as in an interview.
