Comment:
So, Mr Bird is saying that due to regulations, he cannot come up with certain words or comparison relating to Bushranger, XTR. However, Bushranger per Mr Bird is on a lot of radars. As I pointed out at the time of the LAST ASSAYS, the GRADES were better than AA*s JORC for Racecourse, Bushranger but no one took it in at the time.

To this day, Solgold has not YET prepared a PFS but only has MRE #3 and according to N.Mather there is no need for a PFS to sell a project? Alba has done so with GreenRoc spin-out with a starting mkt cap of £11m.
So, if with no results, who is going to accept them?
Obviously, the market does.
SPIN-outs has to go thru regulatory compliance so cant just spin-out any ole thing. Nomads wont pass it etc - it has to have some prospective project as norm at least.

My comment:
On HC CCZ, one chap said Litchfield [CCZ option] was formerly from PNX Metals Ltd.
I looked it up as above but not sure as it does NOT STATE "LITCHFIELD LITHIUM PROJECT" but LITCHFIELD "AREA." I asked the poster on HC CCZ, the Australia but he DID NOT REPLY as to whether this was IN FACT the SAME PROJECT given the details do not STATE SO.

Litchfield is a BELT in NT so its a long belt which CHARGER METALS IS ALSO CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR LITHIUM IN NT along this LITCHFIELD BELT, BRYNOE, NT.

However, I am posting the above because PNX also did some rock chip sample results as above from the LITCHFIELD " A R E A ."

So, helpful. I am NOT CONVINCED PNX held the LITCHFIELD LITHIUM PROJECT but I think MONEX below may be the holder. I think they are no longer listed as it was a period of flux for juniors.

From the said 10 Apr 2019 KDNC RNS, it gives details as to where the LITCHFIELD licence is ie 900m to the Core boundary. Kiran Mozaria, CEO of Cadence*s recent audio interview said that their licence [29% stake] is NEAR CORE LITHIUM*S FINNISS PROJECT WHERE THE DFS is.

I looked up several presentations, not all produced by the co but by the broker etc including funding presentation wherein they have to tell a lot more.

What was I looking for? I wanted the SITING of LITCHFIELD [CADENCE 29%] to CORE*S DFS DEPOSIT.

I think I found it via a CHART [2] THAT HAS A TRIANGLE ON THE LEFT with the TOP STATING RESERVES : "B33". Then I looked to the right ie MAP and looked where B33 IS. I found it about in the middle of the licence. Then, I saw that Core*s licence area has a RING AROUND IT, so that is only where Core*s licence is. Then, I LOOKED TO THE RIGHT OF B33, CORE*S RESERVE DEPOSIT AND SAW AN EMPTY SPACE so if that is OPPOSITE [?], then by logic only, that is WHERE CADENCE*S LITCHFIELD IS.

I then looked at the map carefully to see RED BIG DOT and small dots and what they mean ie ACTIVE and others prospects etc in Core*s licence. The CORE TRIANGLE SHOWS THAT AFTER THE B33 RESERVES COMES THE REST and their names. So, CLEAR.

Happy with what I found today for myself although this is from Cadence*s RNS on Litchfield vs Core*s map to see where CCZ is optioning into at Litchfield.

I found 2, one dated 4 MAR 2019 : "Cadence acquires prospective properties in Australia."-SP Global.

The is dated 10 Apr 2019: "Cadence Minerals: Update on Lithium assets."

Comment:
I re-read the 10 Apr 2019 RNS again, from start to finish in case I missed some parts.
The co*s RNS did say that Geologist Consultant will do" SITE VISIT & FIELDWORK" in addition to all the other details about Litchfield & Picasso from NT Govt Strike platform & WA Geological Survey re 75 & 35 from recall. So check.

In the original 4 Mar 2019 Cadence RNS, from what I read and IF correct, they paid out £400k and £300k for their % which was raised from initial 4% to 31%. I think they issued script but had to top up due to price etc. Read the details as I have not got muo ch time.

MOST INVESTORS will not bother but I think it is helpful TO ME at least to see what KM, CEO of Cadence said at the time about Litchfield & Picasso. There is also financial reports [interim,annual reports] to check to see. So, loads to do if one is interested including looking at other reports to form a general overall idea only.

CCZ - sent 600 samples to lab for assay from Litchfield to "TEST FOR OTHER METALS" and "LITHIUM GRADE" but this is NOT FROM CCZ but from Kiran Mozaria in his audio interview for Cadence shareholders to let them know what their co is doing on Amapa & 2 lithium project [option to CCZ].

So, now we, shareholders wait. If one wants, one can do more including visiting etc if one is a geo etc. Or pay for reports if available? Etc Etc. All part of DUE DILIGENCE and how far one wants to go is up TO SELF.

So, the word "PRIME" is in the title of their ANN of recent days. Just to make clear that it is not my terminology. So, check.

Next, type out the title I gave from Proactive Investors UK ie Today Market View....of that date.
Have a look at the details given SP Angel also gave Conclusion which I did not type out on this forum nor what was for Picasso but only for Litchfield. So, have a look given it is STAGED and scaled in. However, the FINE PRINT I DONT HAVE as I only have what is reported ie I dont know what happens after CCZ*s SAMPLES COME BACK FROM THE ASSAY LAB [600 from Litchfield] .
By that, I mean whether they want to proceed or not and what the fine print/agreement says. I am not privy. However, Kiran Mozaria, CEO of Cadence is helpful in his interview to his shareholders yesterday. KM said that CCZ will send the sample to the lab for assaying to TEST FOR OTHER METALS AND FOR LITHIUM THE GRADE.

KM of Cadence also said in the said interview that 2 DRILL HOLES WILL COST A$1.3 million. That is perhaps something in fine print ie 2 drill holes. I am just assuming it is A$ although sometimes it is meant to be US$.

As to "prime", it is what CCZ stated in the heading.

That*s my take but check given sometimes, there is error in reading given I read so many RNS that I have got eye-strain, hence typos.

That*s the gist of the terms from what I read but read it up for yourself as that is DUE DILIGENCE & DYOR.

However, KM , CEO of Cadence RNS*ed in 2019 about hiring a Geologist Consultant and his findings. Again, I gave a gist with " " but do always CHECK as I COPY FROM NOTES, not paste.
My note pages use up the side of the page as well and in scribbles so I cant vouch 100% so always CHECK as there can be errors.

Do do more research if necessary as one has to try to find as much as possible to get the whole pic for oneself. This is common to all stocks, not just CCZ.

So far as "we" shareholders know about. I am NOT registered for the IPO so I am in the dark. Why? I can stretch myself over so many as I have to have priority over a few stocks.

Dickie3times has been round the block a few times just like me. I therefore have some experience under my belt. For those who are newbies, there is NO risk to take. Just read the forums, mark the stocks and follow the stories to build up some knowledge = NO MONEY PUT OUT=NO RISK.

So, there is RISK whether it is an FT100, 250 or 350 stock as risk can NEVER BE 100% ELIMINATED. RISK is even higher for junior explorers.

So, dont say oh we didnt know.

START OF JOURNEY - RISK VS REWARD TOLD by PJ himself given he once had £7,500 to his name with a young family per his own story in an interview. PJ has a bigger boss as I am sure you all know and this boss doesnt want "risk." As PJ said to Sarah Lowther, the boss doesnt know that he has £500k in POW - I think latest is 9% of POW.

PJ will know from his days at GGP whether Rio, Antipa and Sipa had similar readings, geophysics etc. These are lodged in reports to the Australian mining dept as they are discoveries.

So, whilst NOTHING is ever GUARANTEED, nevertheless, Wallal *s drilling upon IPO will be really interesting as PJ of GGP RETURNS TO THE PATERSON, WA ONCE AGAIN VIA POW, not GGP.

PJ said today in the short video that WALLAL IPO WILL NOW BE ACCELERAATED. From other info, I gather it will be for end of year if possible?

I said that Rio LOOKED EAST OF WINU as above for JV but NOT WEST OF WINU WHERE POW*S WALLAL is situated. 500Mt is NOT TIER 1. IT NEEDS AT LEAST 1BN. Winu*s grade is around 0.5% cu copper. Rio has to LOOK FOR A BIGGER DEPOSIT OR JV TO FEED INTO THE PLANT as it was reported much earlier that the bigger the SIZE of the DEPOSIT/S the better given the location.
Sipa is also trying to find another deposit on their own ground in adddition to the JV with Rio.
Same with Antipa. Both ANTIPA & SIPA HAS THE STRUCTURAL CORRIDOR TO HAVIERON COVERED but they NEVER THOUGHT WEST OF WINU to PEG!! That*s where PJ*s quick work has NOW SECURED 2 LICENCES IN WALLAL, PATERSON, WEST OF RIO*S WINU [today*s RNS]. One more licence to come at Wallal. ALL 3 HAVE BULLS-EYE LIKE HAVIERON and bigger as stated from the FDR presentation of Sep 2021 which was posted today on this forum Sorry not editing as its getting late.

Stunning. Never in my investing have I seen what SP Angel reported on Castillo.
Why? No A$2m [x2] until 2 holes drilled with specified results as detailed by SP Angel.

Then, no 2nd payment of A$1m UNLESS the JORC for LITCHFIELD, near Core Lithium*s Finniss project is AT LEAST EQUAL TO FINNISS JORC AT 7.4MT @1.3% LI2O.

So, Cadence is selling and collecting A$2m for the seller themselves at 29% + 71% for the Australian private co ONLY IF IT IS A FINNISS SIZE AND GRADE AT LEAST which does suggest it could be more.

Strange that just before this deal was annnounced on Cadence website on the Australian lithium projects , it mentioned that they were going for a JORC. Didnt know what they meant.
Sure is clear now given SP Angel has written on it today as said in my post below. 30.9.21
