Yes, comprehend DDHammer.
Been there, done that.
I dont tend to "invest" in non potential Tier 1*s.
I also dont invest in bucket full of co*s, hence I dont post on 100 co*s.
For me, its not so much toss of a coin but some research pays.
How? I got an email one day from Investors Chronicle about Solomon Gold. Hmm, I thought I would have a look. I came to the forum and there was a slinging match between different parties. I got a lot of stick if I was keen on the Cascabel project. So, whilst the rest were having a bun fight, I quietly read the presentation. I found that Dr Rohlach, Chief Geo had worked on major mines like Bukit Tujuh and Tampakan [one for his PhD]. So, I thought this guy knows his stuff or should be able to have an idea surely. His data MAPS were superb and I looked at them in great detail. It was a new province in Ecuador but one in which was under-explored but in the copper S.A belt.

I listened to all Mather*s interview so much so I know the man inside out. So, I didnt just invest and jump in hoping on a toss of a coin. I listened to Brent Cook, the legendary investor Geo.
I listened to Sprott and Eric Sprott, the billionaire etc.

Maybe then, the regulation were not so tough and they were more forthcoming but Canadian regulations are very strict and they are very tight lipped now as even Conceptual Studies are not liked or allowed there.

As for Gina, I found out that she told the Australian govt to watch it or Oz will become like Argentine and the 3rd world. I always thought she could run the country as PM as she is better than any accountant given she inherited a bankrupt co from her dad. She and Andrew Forrest are not old money with billions in inheritance so they are self-made and no one approved of their projects but they perserved. I found out Gina has $31bn now.

As for Castillo, I keep out the noise and I stick to what MR ARYA or MR BIG ONE WILL REVEAL, not whether this or that. I am also interested in what MR LITCHFIELD & MR PICASSO WILL REVEAL OR NOT REVEAL. Until the drill hits via test drills, no one can tell but geophysics is very helpful. I learnt it from Solgold*s data.

I will have to say that at this time, I am still digging like ...for more data eg look up early Capricorn drilling reports etc. Then, looking at Gunpowder and Lady Loretta also. Takes time as those RNS are now hard to find.

So, am I trying to look at BYNOE pegmatite belt, NT. I tried the govt NT site but my word, its going to take a life-time as they dont have a govt mineral report on lithium only on the other metals.

There is no more DL who likes to talk - KM is more the quiet type so he doesnt say much but he will know a lot more about Litchfield & Picasso, given they had it since 2019. Cadence has just tweeted from Brazil - KM is in the picture so it is true they cant split and jump ship now to undertake Litchfield-Picasso as well as money can only go so far with money needed for Amapa.

Lastly, many of us have spent at least 11 years on these forums and let me say, I have heard stories 1,001 times IF not more about the CEO, some border on libel even with no facts or evidence etc.

Some dont check the accounts to see how much the CEO actually earns but they think the CEO earns lots. Even £60k a year wont go far in London given rent or mortgage etc POST TAX. Its not like American CEO*s earning $50-150m a year etc.

Lots of co*s spend years in the doldrums during the commodity bear market. One example is CGNR. Whilst gold prices were around $1,200 it was not possible to develop. However, once gold was around $1,800 region, it was JV*ed into by a Fortune 500 co. Took 16 years. Check, it takes 16 yrs to get to this stage in many cases. Some of the big projects have not made progress yet eg the fabled Northern Dynasty Pebble Mine, NO 1 rated but value is out of this world in terms of the mineral value. It has a environmental issue to jump over.

So, many projects are hampered even in the USA by major co*s because there is a rare flower in its licence.

Africa, DRC etc - one can wake up one morning to a coup like Mali [lithium projects] or the govt will not allow exports without a permit which is hard or impossible to obtain. In South America, I wont mention the 2 names but they are big copper exporters and they have a socialist new govt and they want to TAX 70-75% of mining profits making it sheer impossible to invest for many co*s as capex is huge.

Some Canadian places also have issues like environmental court cases, challenges, protecting salmon and the rest of it.

However, in Australia, the country would grind to a halt if mining was stopped and they could become a 3rd world country with no income from mineral exports. In the Philippines, the people are earning garbage from the streets due to Covid and again, mining stopped by environmentalists etc.

I could go on and on. For us BRITS, few LONDON-LISTED CO IN AUSTRALIAN COPPER PROJECTS OR LITHIUM. I cant think of any except CCZ.

I note from the volume there is not a lot of sales in CCZ shares so those holding are holding on.
Those who are not keen have sold and gone. NO ONE NEEDS ANYONE TO BUY INTO CCZ. Why?
It is NOT for those that dont want EXPLORATION RISK that comes TO ALL CO*S who are in exploration as there is NEVER ANY GUARANTEE/s.

However, for those who are SEASONED INVESTORS, they know the RISK vs REWARDS. Even then, THE DRILL WILL BE THE FINAL TEST.

As for BILLIONS - No, I dont think so. NONE HAVE INVESTED BILLIONS. Many will be sold if any major is interested at some time when their ore runs out. BHP wants to buy in the DRC and has a change in strategy as they need COPPER. Everyone was stunned at the news of BHP going into DRC for obvious reasons.

FOR CCZ, the ore will be truckable per the SI Capital brokers and therefore CAPEX is VERY MODEST. Core Lithium*s mine cost A$68m w

Same for Havieron, Paterson, Australia. GGP did not succeed at ERNEST GILES even though Newmont showed an interest in 1 of their Australian prospects. Newmont did some work on it but in the end walked away. GGP had been also years at it.

After this, GGP had to be re-financed and re-structured by PJ. Then PJ, the new director interviewed Gervaise Heddle from Sydney, a fund mgr with CFA qualifications. Gervaise Heddle bought a licence at Blackhills, Paterson, WA. Then they bought into HAVIERON nearby, a licence which Newcrest used to own. The few drills did not have very good results. Again, GGP went from a shell mkt cap to £1.4 billion at the peak and now still in the £three digit millions. GGP is also included in the big GOLD INDEX. The rest is a fabled story.

Solgold*s Cascabel is also another fabled story with BHP and Newcrest as 13% holders. Cascabel is RANKED NO 2, after Kamoa-Kakula, DRC.

As for the Gina Rinehart story I quoted, the iron ore grades were NOT very high grade or high grade either but a big mega project. Gina Rinehart and Andrew Forrest are also the fabled miners. A. Forrest known as Twiggy had 1 failed co because of metallurgical issues. Then, he started Forescue. He had NO deposit or project but he told his wife he was going to BUILD A RAILWAY TO RUN ACROSS WA. His wife asked him how much would that cost? He said $1.5 billion. She was stunned. He said he didnt tell her it was A$2.5 billion. After the railway, he then ONLY STARTED TO LOOK FOR THE IRON ORE deposit/s. The rest is history. Same iron ore province as Gina*s Roy Hill. Today, Twiggy is Australia*s rich man after Gina. Gina is richer and at the last count, her fortune was $15 billion. Fortescue is a major that rivals the big majors in Australia. I watched the VIDEO CLIP of Andrew Forrest which was made by the co featuring his wife and what happened. Same with Gina- I watched the clip as well made by her for posterity.

I think we have to make our own choices. If afraid, then eat toast and beans and keep the dough in the bank as that is the safest. However, for the rest of us old-timers, we have been round the block and you have to respect that we are well aware of the risks of exploration.

Whether CCZ makes it at BIG ONE-ARYA [MT OXIDE], BROKEN HILL, 2 LITHIUM PROJECTS WILL BE ONE FOR THE FUTURE AND THE RESULTS WILL TELL THE STORY.

Until then, invest in something one is interest in or dont invest at all. CHOICE IS UP TO EVERYONE. My interest is researching and I share the research as others like me dont want to invest in something without finding out more. NO ONE IS GOING TO DO THE WORK as it takes time and effort etc.

So, at least, you respect me and for that I respect your choice whatever it may be but each to their own. Gina said she was NOT a gambler. Indeed, 3 Korean steel co*s also helped her and from the off-takes, she raised the finance which is the BIGGEST FOR ALL TIME.

Since you sold out, that is your personal choice of where you invest and where you think there is better value.

For the few names here that I have seen, they are, like me interested in potential Tier 1 targets.
My broker, listed on FT100 will not deal in Australian shares. If CCZ did not list in London, then I will not be a shareholder. For Brits, we, shareholders know very little of the other projects. Some of us are interested in copper projects of which very few London listed co*s are into that part of the world eg Queensland.

As for the lithium projects in NT & WA, Australia - If I were to buy into Charger and Australasian Gold even if I could, I would have to pay A$39.99 mkt cap for the 2 co*s. Here, at CCZ, the mkt cap is some A$41m so I do like the idea that something is for FREE ie Big One/Arya - Broken Hill IPO. At least, the lithium projects UNDERPIN the mkt cap.

I have been following the LITCHFIELD & PICASSO PROJECTS and many people on Cadence know that as I posted on these 2 projects. On London South East, all posts cant be deleted so what I say, there is record even in the last fews day at Cadence.pl. So, one morning I woke up to CCZ given the option into these 2 projects.

If I were to buy into Charger, there is NO guarantee they will get a big discovery or medium etc given that they are SOUTH and Core*s DFS deposits are WAY NORTH. As for Australasian Gold, I like Dr Qingtao as he explains things very well and as a PhD in Geo/Earth Science from Australia, I have learnt a lot from his interview about NT. Again, this is way, way away from the main Core Finniss deposit ie AT THE OTHER END of the BELT into another CREEK. Again, no guarantee.

However, with LITCHFIELD, its in with a CHANCE given 900m from the Core boundary and with the new Geo Consultant CONFIRMING Cadence*s old Geo Consultant, it is interesting. As for WA, near LIONTOWN*s flagship BULDANIA there is also potential given this is of the same geology per the RNS. The Western Australian Geological Society mapped the 65 pegmatites. So did the NT govt strike platform map the 35 pegs from recall.

DDHammer- Tolga Kumova said every project is 1 hole from success. This is the chap who lost A$250k of his parents savings in oppies. His father worked 20 hrs a day as a taxi-driver and they came from Turkey. His father was so angry that he walked out of the room when told. Anyhow, his mother encourage him that one day son, you will spend this amount and not think about it. Someone sold him DUD LICENCES and fortunately it turned into ANOTHER METAL AND HIT BIG TIME. This is a LEGENDARY AUSSIE STORY and today, Tolga is a MEGA MILLIONAIRE. That was his tweet.

Same for Solgold. They tried Solomon Island and a JV with Newmont. That didnt turn out. There were projects in Raines and Normandy, Qld for gold/copper. But nothing came big out of it. Then, they started on Cascabel. It went from £8m shell mkt cap after re-financing and hit £700m and still £60

CHECKED ASX LITHIUM CO*S NEAR CORE LITHIUM:
1] Bynoe Lithium project by a co called Charger, newly listed on ASX, Australia.
Mkt Cap: A$20.42m @40.5c.
This is their main project and is in the South part of Core Lithium*s Finniss project, NT, Australia which is away from Core*s DFS deposits further north of their licence. Charger just bought this licence from Australian Lithium, ASX and preliminary work is rock chip sampling etc.

2] Australasian Gold on ASX.
Also newly listed on ASX, Australia.
Mkt Cap A$19.57m @42.5c.
A8G has just issued a RNS/ANN that they are partnered with CSIRO [Australia*s National Science agency] who will enpower them with latest equipment. Again, MAIN PROJECT, MT PEAKE LITHIUM project, NT, Australia which is near the SOUTHERN PART of Core Lithium*s ANNINGLE project, NT. Preliminary work has identified over 350m along STRIKE so far but no details given of rock chip sampling assays etc yet. So, also early work being done.

CCZ- 2 lithium projects ie LITCHFIELD, NT & PICASSO, WA.
Litchfield is 900m to the boundary of Core Lithium*s Finniss project ie DFS deposits.
Litchfield is adjacent to Core*s DFS deposits.
Work done by Cadence in 2019 by their Geo Consultant per Mr Green has been CONFIRMED by the newly appointed Geo Consultant as part of CCZ*s Due Diligence.

PICASSO, WA, AUSTRALIA
This is near LIONTOWN [A$2bn+ mkt cap] flagship BULDANIA lithium project in WA, Australia & Bald Hill mine. Again, due diligence is being carried out by CCZ*s new Geo Consultant.
Again, work by Cadence * Geo Consultant in 2019 [Cadence RNS] has been confirmed per Mr Green?

TOTAL OF CHARGER METALS + AUSTRALASIAN GOLD*S MKT CAP = A$39.99 MILLION
for 2 lithium projects [their main project].
vs
CCZ with 2 lithium projects. CCZ*s mkt cap A$41.53 Million @3.2 cents Australia.

CHECKING WHAT MR GREEN SAID:
re upside not rated in mkt cap?
Well, upon checking, the 2 separately listed ASX new co*s can command a mkt cap of A$19.57m [A8G] & A$20.42m [Charger] for being in the same NT belt as Core Lithium although they are much further away at the Southern end and AWAY FROM CORE*S DFS LITHIUM DEPOSITS.

Mr Green mentioned CCZ 3 projects- it may be the lithium projects in Australia [2], Mt Oxide-Big One & Arya + 20 other targets in the licence area + Broken Hill IPO?

So, looks like Aussie like lithium projects listed in Australia and Australian projects near NT, Australia especially. So, CCZ has both copper and lithium and I am happy with researching how much EARLY Australian new co*s can command in mkt caps for lithium projects in NT, Australia.

This story needs no telling with the mkt cap. GGP [history now] drilled 9 holes and Newcrest JV*ed in. Yeah, it was formally a Newcrest tenement they let go.

I could tell of the fabled stories but one leaves that to one*s own research if one is interested.
Of course, there is never any guarantee. As for Arya, ex-BHP tenement, they did not drill but they did comment on it that it had prospect - check the verbatim if interested as this is from recall.

MYSELF
If I invest in a co, I do RESEARCH on the geology of the area, other mines and what results they produced, govt reports on Qld mining and prospect eg copper, research the famous Mt Isa mine which is further off from CCZ*s Arya and Mt Oxide. I also try to research the CLOSEST mine ie CAPRICORN which now belongs to the fabled Owen Hegarty and his new IPO on ASX with mkt cap of A$b to match - he has a few other mines & expl etc.

I am very personally pleased with the way Racecourse-Bushranger, Lachan Fold, NSW, Australia
has turned out. Why? I have never invested in Mr Bird*s co*s but I have read one of the forums in the very early days. I remember two investors, one of whom was called KIRA. She was investing so for her daughter*s future etc.

Why did I follow the forum? It is important to see the style of the founder. So, from this I know a little of the management style and Kiwara also which Mr Bird sold to First Quantum. It was a revelation from Mr Bird about the sale of Kiwara.

So, when Mr Bird said he was going to drill Bushrangers "LIKE THE GOOD OLE* DAYS OF SOLGOLD ie deep holes", I was interested and invested.

However, I also looked at the Bushranger presentation of Apr 2020 which formed the basis of my initial research. It did say Tooday did the geophysics etc [technical data] and found that Bushranger had CLUSTERS AKIN TO CADIA RIDGEWAY, one of Australia*s largest mines now in the hands of Newcrest.

So far, RACECOURSE appears to have proved some of that early geophysics and JORC.
Whether XTR will ever find RIDGEWAY is another matter given the nature of this deposit was found AFTER an UNMINERALISED section. However, Bushranger is said to be the same age.

SALE OF XTR BUSHRANGER
Racecourse & Footrot are under agreement for 1st refusal with AA if 2Mt @0.44 %cu etc is found.
Many have postulated and Mr Bird has been helpful in his limited guidance via RNS about reaching this objective ie 2Mt.

I understand Footrot may be drilled via a test-drill.

I am sure that AA is keeping a watch on Racecourse results from time to time as they have a continuing interest in the project via the formal AGREEMENT.

WHAT ABOUT BUSHRANGER?
Often, it is said by one CEO, one has to LEAVE SOMETHING ON THE TABLE for the acquirer.
So, will this be the case or will XTR GO ON TO TEST-DRILL THE OTHER ANOMALIES AT BUSHRANGER? I would dearly love to be part of a LEGENDARY STORY.

INCENTIVE
I was thinking to myself that IF I do NOT see an INCENTIVE RNS, then, for me only, it indicates that the trigger point one usually see has not appear even though this is NOT defined methodology. So, I am happy to see the incentive RNS yesterday so that everyone will share in the success story if it emerges.

GEOLOGY
By now, the old geophysics and newer more sophisticated geophysics etc will BE INSIGHTFUL.
So, Mr Bird will know more so that the GEOLOGICAL HYPOTHESIS is clearer. Happy also with J.Read, a top appointment being Head of BHP Expl , Australia/Africa and top copper expert in NSW, Mr Corbett.
