Just had a look at this mornings trades in detail, significant number of SINT MIC trades of single digit, mighty strange !

SP now sat at BELOW RNS announcement day, unbelievable, but that's the UK stock market for you.

In the US, home grown companies taking over and overseas player would have the backing of US investors, here, totally opposite. Worst thing is almost every UK listed company is played with like this.

If he were to, it would need to be soon to allow for legalities to complete well before the Wintershall deal is completed. Carlos would of course need to be 100% sure the Wintershall deal WILL still complete under his ownership too, post t/o. The more voting / blocking right he acquires the harder it will be for anyone else thinking the same.

Good chance it may occur imo, watch this space.

Didn't think we had been issued with a closed box (effective) date as of yet, would that not be in the circular (prospectus) yet to be issued.

But yes, in principle, should the deal occur ( I see no reason it would not) once the circular has been issue and date for AGM on the vote confirmed.

Order loaded up with 300k sell to pull the bid down, then why oh why is it then immediately reversed back again.

The weird thing is, I have noticed these types of large trades (sell then reversal) are occurring time and time again but go through as an 'O' trade. The unusual aspect is the reversal happens within a same time stamp, not something you can achieve if you are a legitimate 'O' trade.

Totally illegal loading of the books and our house broker should bring this illegal trading to the attention of Chariot.

Just so frustrating seeing our SP drop ~25% since start of Feb on the run up to what could be a new era for CHAR, a decent revenue stream !! Each time the chart says buy, it drops to new (multi) year lows.

I want to commit more cash here (probably will tbh) but we have both been here far too long to know, "it's in the bag" when it comes to CHAR. atb

Think today's movement of KIST's SP says it all about AA ability to do a deal.

Mitch announces the TW deal and our SP falls ~7.6%, AA does a £25m deal and KIST's SP rises +13%

Good deal afaic, why spend £25m on O&G extraction at EPL tax rates when you can bypass that and still trade the commodity, thus more profit.

When you get to the situation when you are hoping for a bid then things are getting desperate. We will soon have the 12 months up since deal and then the 'founders' can begin to sell their shares too.

Don't think Mercuira will be too worried about the persistent weakness of our SP, in fact they will be rubbing their hands to see a once great company fall from grace, that's AIM for you. Shark infested waters !!

Appears to me as if we are now (have been for a few weeks now) targeted via pack attacks (shorters), similar in MO to what was happening to HBR for months. Tiny volume being used to smash us down ....

I do recall reading on the official GOV.UK site that these 'floor figures are now linked to inflation, not sure what measure of inflation that is but I do remember seeing it, somewhere or then again it could be the same as I saw Kylie Minogue in my bedroom the other night, who knows !!

That said, given it needs both oil & gas to be at an average below these figures for 6 months (I think that's the criteria) there is not a cat in 'ell chance of it ever being invoked.

As for having the industry "over a barrel", should that not be 'over a boe' !!!
