One final thing, is yes, imo, R3 costs are not only shared with BP but also IOC too.

So the upshot is R3 will be a very very cheap well for SQZ in the grand scheme imo, far from a "sting in the tail" as you put it.

We could easily add ~25% (~7000boepd) to our production levels for very little cash. Well worth it.

One more thing, all costs relating to the progression of R3 intervention are to be included in the net PSA arrangements with BP ... so we also SHARE ALL costs too, nice. :-)

You also need to reduce that figure by 50% as blending will probably still be required, so down to at least £8m

The production you stated "after 90 days of a successful R3", is also misleading in that SQZ will NEED to reach the min production threshold agreed for a PERIOD of 90 days, this is for the first year of operation only. Not as you infer, 90 days after well completion.

Now the important bit, the criteria applies to 2019. For 2020, if blending is still required or no alternative found for 2020, then only 50% of FEES are payable to BP.

AFAIK, for 2021 dependent upon production levels and blending, we could pay ZERO consideration to BP.

Would be nice to think they have, but I guess it all depends on ACW 'game plan'. Don't forget it takes cash to buy hedges, this needs to be taken into consideration and I would guess any decent hedge would be rather costly atm.

As it stands, for whole of 2020 we are currently benefiting from 43% gas production hedged at 39p/therm, so making plenty of FCF too.

More chance of the note holders getting i3e assets than RRE imo.

RRE Need producing assets not ones that require CapEx, esp as we have just cut $100m CapEx ourselves for 2020.
