1 EXTRA month at 23% cut, should put WTI into the mid $40's possibly higher come end of month. Brent move into high $40's and even flirt with $50 too.

Just need WTI Crude weekly Oil Inventories to continue to behave.

Catalyst firmly in place for M&A action now.

That said, I have mentioned before that PE or non-listed O&G outfit backed by PE cash would most certainly be looking at SQZ, the most obvious one for me atm is Tailwind Energy.

In order to get the best deal, you need 2 or more interested parties, that's where 'Kiosk Kate' will earn her crust, imo ACW has already got them to form an orderly queue, (2m apart of course. ) .....

Either way, the futures bright for SQZ.

No, not really. With any deal you need to offer an incentive, in this case its 100% of BKR in little over a year. From SQZ view, we also need to add value to our 'lost' 40%, in this case that will be our near term R3. I would like to think that one would balance the other in negotiations and bring forward our valuation by +18 months in case of an offer.
Anyone interested in SQZ would know each month we get closer to R3 the more bargaining power SQZ hold. Once R3 is in production then followed by Columbus and 100% BKR not only will our price go up but we then have nothing left to offer in terms of organic growth. We either sell this summer or not !
Another BKR deal would add a new dimension but I doubt that we will ever do another as we now have 'Kiosk Kate' on board for a reason ..... to sell or merge, that is the question. ACW is the BKR Deal maker, not Kate, hence why I think we will never repeat another.

Mexico and Iraq are playing silly b*G3r5 with not meeting their agreed OPEC+ production cuts ..... SA and Russia want them to fall into line before the ink can be put to paper for the agreed 1 month extension at 23% production cuts, hence why the pullback on WTI / Brent. Could take a few days before we get to a resolution. Otherwise I guess, its back to plan 'A' and tapered increase for July to Septembers production as per agreement in April. Can not wait for Mexico to leave OPEC, causing nothing but trouble.

After the £606k TRANSFER of shares yesterday, we now have another large exchange happen. Once they have finished, big news will follow imo.
