Great RNS yesterday but lacking specific details leaving investors to fill in the gaps so to speak. Got a quote to buy just under 10p first thing but turned it down. As EoA says the debt is a significant downside here but it won't stop me buying as I am confident the sp will rise over time. Interestingly the sp held its gains yesterday and didn't retrace due to day traders selling into the rise. Another blue day Monday looks likely. ps. pity about the large spread

Its only a matter of when this soars, not if. Mkt is total c r a p at the moment so a positive RNS may be needed but the current sp is absurdly cheap. I'm not one for exaggeration but it's a steal at this price.

MM's have got caught out and are short of stock but they're trying to hold the price back. Don't give them your shares as they'll have to lift the offer eventually.

Just realised - could be Tuesday which is the 30th!!!

Tomorrow or Monday it is then. Can't see an after hours announcement today although anything's possible. I'm still optimistic that there are exciting times ahead and reassured by the fact that the directors hold majority of shares so they have every incentive to deliver.

1.5 bid. Ridiculous. MM's clearly lowering bid to dissuade a seller who must be Harwood. This will go on for an eternity unless someone buys their holding. Is Mills holding the co to ransom because he left. Certainly looks like it.

Ticking up nicely although I see that every time a chunky buy goes through it is followed by a sell. Looks to me like someone is short here and is trying to depress the sp.

I agree BrnetPeter. LSE is behaving like a 3rd world market. Is it any wonder companies are delisting. However AGL has a US presence in the OTC market I think - ticker ANPCY. I know I will be corrected if I'm wrong about this!!

And co says results are going to beat mkt expectations. This is now a share which should be on everyones radar and the sp will be in 3 digits in the near future. AIMHO

Even the mention of SpaceX and Elon Musk will send any sp into orbit (pardon the pun). This demo will surge today the only question is by how much.

Tnx Trek/Cawdor for your insight. The two main positives I take here is no discounted placing and the fact that the directors have major skin in the game so they're unlikely to inflict necessary pain on shareholders as they hold the lions portion of shares!! I expect many more announcements to come as the transition to the roadside project will take time but all the ingredients for a successful nice enterprise are there. I just hate share suspensions but the delay in the accounts has been a major theme in the market recently so its hardly a big deal.

At least they didn't dilute ordinary shareholders with a placing at a huge discount like a lot of other companies have done. Raising capital at the moment is very difficult. Also, Meadow Partners are a massive outfit and they wouldn't link up with a small outfit such as us without being impressed with what they see. There's also the sale of CSS and the portfolio of pubs/restaurants. Anyone care to comment in case I have drastically missed something??

I don't see anything untoward in the RNS other than the fact that all debt is now fully serviced and opens the way to the JV with Meadow which is amutli billion dollar company which already owns properties in the UK. It's the release of the audited results by 30th April I'm looking for asap and the lifting of the suspension to see how the market reacts to recent developments. Time will tell.

He just made that up to depress the sp in the hope that he can pick up a few more shares on the cheap. This is only going one way and that's UP!

That might explain today's lacklustre sp performance given how good the RNS was. Hopefully he's done selling for now so the sp can rise and stay there.
