300k just bought at a premium to the ask. Someone is confident (it wasn't me by the way)!

MM's flushing out weak holders to accumulate stock for the next leg up. There is a tiny free float here so any degree of buying will move the sp up. Wouldn't be surprised to see a TR1 saying directors and/or ii's have increased their holdings.

ZM stated in his podcast yesterday re the RNS, and I quote "this is the BREAKTHROUGH news s/holders have been waiting a long time to hear". I think that says it all. SP was 15p at one stage and with heavy BoD and inst. backing, the sp will rise. No placing this morning despite yday's 200% rise.

4p finish today. Zak Mir charts 6p in early time i.e a week. That's what the charts are indicating.

Given the illiquidity of the share it doesn't take much to move it as today shows. The 70% in private hands is either board members or inst. investors. That speaks volumes as opposed to other AIM stocks where neither hold shares. I've been trading for over 30 yrs and having researched this co and today's news, I think MBT is a share which rarely comes along. Today's news will now be digested widely and I wouldn't be surprised for another cracking day tomorrow.

SP has been as high as 15p at one stage. This has to be the most significant contract to date. MBT tendered and was selected over mainstream OEM's as its tech is world class. There must be great times ahead for this share. A bigger player might just decide it's easier to buy MBT out!

500k buy just went through. I see this going much higher tomorrow and a rerate over the next week or so. Another announcement like today would send the sp into orbit! GL

Re indebtedness, MBT is insulated by Mr Peter Wilkinson (non exec director) who owns 100% of Holf Invs Ltd which in turn owns all of MBT's debt. PW also owns 60% of MBT shares. I don't think there's any issue re funding going forward as PW isn't going to shoot himself in the foot. He has too much skin in the game unlike most other AIM cos which are lifestyle cos.

MM's have upped bid to 3p. This will rise into the close and carry through to tomorrow as the news is digested. I don't think servicing 50m mobile phone users is anything to be sniffed at. This is a game changer. News will disseminate and the sp will rise. Simples...

Read the RNS carefully. MBT tech was chosen over that of global OEM's. That's some achievement for such a small company. The final comment re increased sales is also of note. I don;t think the mkt has realised the significance here but trust me, it will.
