I see only one minor short position. Don't be naive as shorts got the heads up and closed well before the news. Also no-one seems to have mentioned this has to be court sanctioned under the Companies Act, the hearing starts tomorrow. If not sanctioned the deal is off. And there's the dilution. I'm still a fan and will hold but please be careful.

I intend to trade this up to delisting but the co even if it implements a MBF it only operates quarterly at best and can be discontinued at any time. Dunkerton will buy up as many shares as he can before delisting. He will be prepared to pay over the odds to own as many as possible. There is good money 💷 to be made here.
