Another good spot by Shan with ANP though the share prices has already ticked all the four boxes.Which means we can not switch over from a daily chart to a weekly chart, by viewing a weekly chart it confirms the strength of the daily trend cycle that has already occurred and also starts to build fresh new support for the share price in the future. Its a bit like walking up a stair case with floors in-between. The share price will fall back to a floor level rather then just tumbling down all the way to the start. Like on the daily charts with a weekly we also need to see a Kumo Breakout, Tenkan crossover (TKX), a Coppock Curve crossover (CCX) and a Volume Crossover (VOX). All four boxes need to be ticked off before we see another confirmed stronger trend, with Shan`s ANP you can see we are waiting for the CCX. I mention SRT on Monday and things have moved quickly, three boxes ticked of now and just the Coppock Curve (CXX) to come. I am expecting it to hit in to the 30p plus range swiftly one the CXX arrives. My break even in here is 32p from a year or so ago. The top quarterly cloud - anywhere near 38p. All this news has seen the share price return upwards and we now have a Kumo Breakout and with a potential Volume Oscillator crossover tomorrow as well. Mudis, yes, it will do since fewer shares are in circulation now but it will take a few days/weeks for the effects of this to be seen. It will eventually be priced in.

It was no coincidence that Friday`s Open and High was 18.25p, as we talked about this being the trend support line before it happened, on Tuesday, the fear was that the share price would drop through this and it has. So now 18.25p becomes the Resistance and after dropping through it on Thursday you can now see on Friday the share price hitting its head against 18.25p it before dropping back down to 17.62p. So closing above 18.25p, that would be the first goal, I am presuming you had a RNS on the 10th because of the gap the MM`s open it at. Normally the share price will retest some part of that gap over the next few days, if not then the next support is 16.75p. Most PI`s portfolios have suffered in the last week or so and no where more than the AIM Market, what makes it hurt so much more was the fact that the AIM Market was so close to a Upward Trend. We had a Tenkan Crossover. (Box Ticked 1) We had a Coppock Curve Crossover.(Boxed Ticked 2) We even had a KUMO Blue Cloud Breakout. (Box Tick 3) Three of the four boxes were ticked, the problem was Volume Oscillator was slow coming, hinting that we were running out of steam.
