With regards to the Ruble, if your country is an 'exporter' of many goods you want your currency to be semi weak, not over priced as the ruble is, else who is going to buy your goods at over inflated prices? So to entice new investors you have to reduce the price of those goods which means you lose again (india oil) Then you cannot buy goods you need to import because there are sanctitions imposed on items.

@JR there are far more persons waiting to buy than there are waiting to sell, which normally means the price will rise, also if you look at the MACD on that WEEKLY chart MACD is rising and share price is falling, this is divergance and normally means a trend change is imminent.

@Atrades i just say it as i see it bud, it was held up for an age, now they are dropping it, we know news is just around the corner, coincidence? A day or two back i said there would be volitlitly around the £2 mark, another way to look at it if you go back a few weeks and someone offered you the chance to buy this share sub £2 i would have jumped on it, what has changed?

i still have my shares and am looking forward to some dividend payments in the near future, im not trying to trade this share up or down only add. Ive been here and done this before in the last financial crash, sold share is wished ide kept, ide have been a lot richer if ide just bought those shares and forgot about them, without having to mess about with CGT, trades, doing a tax return and with less at the end of it. Im not making that mistake here again, once in life time opp which you can easily mess up.

The share price dropping doesnt stress me out, i still have my shares, think of those pi's and ii's including blackrock and Vangurad buying £10+....

its games before a rise, this was held at 240-260 range for an age, some days you could count the trades on one hand, price didnt move, which says to me any move in this share is algorithm driven, these algo are designed to work against you to relieve you of your money and shares in the short term, you can almost bet they will do the opposite to what you want them to, thats how the market makers make thier money, they come first.

If you cant see the wood through the trees, best to sell up, im looooooooooooooong and looking to add more very soon.

@Chippy - i hope i dont come across as a conspiracy theorist lol, one of my best mates is and i am constantly arguing with him over his OTT theories. Having worked in hardware and software tech since 1996 my skill set is reverse engineering and breaking things down to a macro\micro level for fault finding so i like to get as much info as i can, im a numbers man not written english as you can see from my post's and typo's :))

I agree about the volume, its possible someone is accumulating in the background, its always worth keeping an open mind and watching for patterns, once you i get the feel of how the share flows it makes it much easier to make the right decisions rather than trying to get lucky.

@JR - i was just checking the L2 and since this afternoon there has been share waiting to buy at 188 for 100 shares, now call me suspciaous but this is a small amount of shares to try and get lucky low ball offer at 188p.

100 - also is mm code for 'i am out shares', it was not there friday and has been left on over night, its possible the UT was a buy and like you say they will pickup first up shares first thing with a quick dip below £2 flushing out the stop losses placed just below there.

I dont mind putting L2 when im not buying or selling which im not today, im really only looking at adding moreonce some funds become available

@r33 exactly my thought when i just looked at the UT trade price, the level 2 has been showing far more waiting buyers than sellers all day, the days are gone with supply and demand dictating the share price, its the algorithm that suites the narrative for the day and we are just on for the ride.

Is it any wonder why people lose money in the so called 'safety' of owning shares...

@Rbrand yes HE maybe laughing as HE has all the money, your average Russian lives in what i can only describe as cross between a large shed and a log cabin, a block of butter currently running at $7 i would say some sancitons are starting to work.

While i agree with you about the debt it does not apply to your average russian and normal person, the Russian economy as a whole may look good on paper but it does not transpose to the facts on the ground.

there are far more people waiting to buy than those waiting to sell, the share price got propped up for some time, the market knows this is a sensitive time with share holders waiting for news, its perfect oppurtunity to let this turn into a drift down play algorithm, shake out some holders create some liquidity and momentum, £2 is a massive psychological barrier for many so i expect there to be some volitility around that whole number

@Roxy we need to read between the lines, im sure Putin has many more battles he wants to fight, but i see that as a statement of weakness, they have lossed a lot of military force, they know it and cant easily replace it, Putin yes he has the big guns but he wont use them (nukes) and hes knows whats now coming, in the next few weeks real fight begins. I can actually see them giving up and negotiating some power share or the like.

@Edward these large cap shares are run off algorithms, they are complexse and switch direction based on wider market sentiment, with low retail volume it has little affect on the the algo's direction, we are just jumped on board for the ride, Friday sell off wasnt because of the pay news, the up move just ran out momentum so the algo switched to run it down again, this is the problem when there is a lot of bearish sentiment no moves up have that much weight behind its all on the down moves.

@Anger there is no reason why this share cannot go a lot higher than £6 with growth into the parcel market, with RMG now being more competitive with the other box shifters given a few years things could look very different. Long term i see this is a growth stock if they can get their management right.

@ simx, UT trade is a mixture of many trades as others have said, it matters not whether its a buy or a sell, what matters is the price, the price you see on the UT is what effect it had on the market.

I kind of think of it as mopping up trade and usually the last other than delayed, nothing to worry about.
