RE: Investor Relations - response to 16 questions29 Nov 2022 13:32
@JAB - hello bud, i emailed them about 3 weeks ago with quite a few questions, if that is a newer post and is real then its more up to date than my reply. What i am thinking is i will just write off the POLY-R shares and keep them as a freebie if POLY-R is relisted and the price drops, personally i think they will find a way around this as the whole point of the split is to free up those shares on NSD so they are available for Divi payments, i am assuming that at some point that also includes POLY-R shares as this will be our biggest cash cow for LTH.
Does the road map and reinstatement of dividends foresee both POLY K and POLY R paying dividends?, or will it be just POLY K paying divi’s with POLY R being reinstated once either sanctions are lifted and\or HQ moved to friendly zone?
Depends on timing. In theory, both entities will be generating positive FCF in 2023
If the split takes place will both POLY K and POLY R have equal trading rights on the LSE\FTSE and traded as 2 completely separate companies?
Yes, however one of the two companies or both (depending on the split structure) will need to be re-admitted for trading.
