I would say if RM thought it were being unfairly targeted regardless of regulators a solicitor and a judge might be interested in that. The regulators can get regulated ;-)

@DR - yes its being painted as T&C's by dodgy dave but in reality its just a money grab, lets be frank, its across the board no matter how you try and justifiy it, what all the unions and strikers are short sighted, you are only baking in the inflation with OTT pay demands, not against a pay rise but trying to keep it with inflatioin only means inflation isnt going to come down and you will be worse off in long run.

@MRay - reading between the lines here and with all these 'unknown' orders i would say that shares with ii's are being moved around at an agreed price, buy and sell at same price possibly to get out of tax wrapper situation, we are getting the odd big buy 'unknown' which is frustrating to see it go through after hours because its having no effect on the SP, that is the idea but when they are only accepting smaller orders in open market its not reflecting fair value of the stock imo.

@hopeful - its classic 'saving face' this is extremely common in south east Asia Thailand Cambodia, Vietnam, China etc, never air your dirty laundry in public, you saw how Mr Xi put Trudo in his place on the quite back stage, imo Mr Xi is a good leader from that perspective.

@Razzle - if you held the shares at 12.01am on exdiv day you get divi, trades are T2 which is 24 hours to process minimum, buying today wont get you the dividend.

@DR - total rubbish your spouting ole boy, its across all industries, unless the goverment feel singling out RM i would say they have a pretty good argument in court.......

@Saga - Bod have hinted that it should not be an issue to get broker who serves AIX, freedom finance do accept UK holders, they have also hinted that GDR is looking OK for the LSE listing, if they cant get POLY-R on LSE with GDR then they will have to redom. Last resort is forced sale of shares.

@Jab - yes shares from POLY-R are said to be OK if redom or GDR , he also hinted they are trying to do it so we can do it with existing brokers so no need to change.

Been so much gossip and chinese whispers, messages to IR i think i have got that right if not im sure someone will pull me up.........
