@Dowsie - we are buying IDS for £2, if the price was £4 + i would think twice, its not its just over £2.

There is a buyer down at this level which is why it keeps bouncing back up, todays rns also confirms that.

TA is out the window now as its all news driven, easy to see the trading range and hopefully we will see a break out this week sometime. Personally i would rather be in than out right now.

Broker price downgrades mean nothing, whats important is what comes out of DWs mouth.

@Broch - respectfully i just want to say the number one rule with investing is 'follow the money' DK and others are far more privy to all the information than us peasants, even your managers are probably less informed than him. RE the certificates, im not with HL so i cant answer that but if you ping them a secure message im sure this question has been asked by others so you should get a response, hopefully we wont need them and the brokers will handle everything as thats what i believe the bod are aiming for.

I have no sympathy for anyone joining another picket as they say you make your bed and you lay in it, the city, the board\workers and management will rejoice once Dave finally becomes unemployed, who would want to employ a trouble maker like him?

just to warn the board there is a rogue AI bot out in the wild that infests bulletin boards and try's to take over, its permanently stuck on repeat and will never let any other user have the final say in any conversation, i spent hours trying to get it to listen to what i had to say but to no avail, its highly intelligent and comes across as knowledgable but dont belive what you read as its all scripted like a badly scratch 12" vinyl record stuck on repeat. It has yet to learn the humanism and politeness and will always get the LAST word in every conversation, best thing is top just ignore then it will go away when it gets no repsonse.

there a whiff of gaming on this board this morning, usual suspects, the hardened ones who dont seem to feel embarrassment, we are all good at POLY though and looks like we are heading to the middle East if no cessation of war mongering.

@unclepeg - i never said about anyone getting sacked specifically, or said about getting bonus or dividends, we are talking about your union messing a negotiable deal which seems completely out of the question with those who have been handed the job to do it.

@unclepeg - i took the time to watch Daves latest video, no where did i hear any moaning about wages, holiday pay, overtime, what i heard was bullying, work ethics and management problems, i was of the understanding that financial side of things has been agreed but maybe i am wrong?

So i will tell you what why doesnt uncle Dave come clean and tell everyone exactly what the problems is now? Ile tell you why he wont because 90% of the posties will go back to work and he loses face and probably his tidy income from CWU, hes fighting for hi9s job not YOURS!

ive worked in a mundane job, everyday i hated it, hated the place and the management, to truth is i really hated myself as i knew i was better than that but i blamed everyone else, as they say you make your own bed and lay in it....

@isleworth - you are right in what you said why the secrecy? reading between the lines probably 90% of the staff are happy with whats been offered, in this case they wont be very happy if uncle Dave eff's it up for all over a terms and conditions issue that only affects a very minority. If it was to get out to those who could have gone back and then end up worse off i would imagine it wont be pretty. Persons like yourself who are happy and enjoy their job could end up in worse situation over some bullying issue that could easily be dealt on an individual basis and with ACAS, Daves Ego wont let him let go, got to get the win even if its all or nothing...

when has any stock market share represented its true value? hardly ever i would say or maybe the day of IPO, else its just sentiment and what way the wind is blowing today.

Learn TA and basic charts and listen to the news, especially the US that will get you into the flow and rhythm of the waves of buyers and sellers, or just buy and wait, buying under valued low risk stock you cant lose.

@BSR -you know all this, trying to get in lower?

@BSR - liquidity and putting the share in the shop window, not to mention the Russian and middle East gold buyers, Dubai is now full of wealthy Russian's.

the debt burden would be lower and the uncertainty removed, markets hate uncertainty its like a lead weight around the neck of the SP.

@Beetroot - RMG is private company with its own set of books, nothing to do with IDS and GLS as such, it would go insolvent bankrupt and any monies left over go back to IDS, if they didnt have the money the government would pay your redundancy thats a basic for all employee's i believe in that situation in any company.
