After Per’s buy this morning I reckon his average is between 80-85p based on his 3 large volume buys

He’s also got nearly £2.2 -£2.4m of his own money in these shares

What is holding this back at today is the press articles which aren't telling the full / true story...if anyone looks at the detail, they have to see a positive upside here

From what I seen the share price hasn't been below since 2011.

This business isn't going to close it's doors anytime. More chance of it being taken over.

If they improve their performance over the next 12 months this share price is only going one way.

If they get bought it will only go one way. Feels to me like we reached the bottom, and it's now time to start moving upwards again......anything further positive on top of today's outlook and this will not stay in the 50s for long.

The results are going forward are never going to be as bad a the July report looked originally....they have already adjusted that report significantly. Even if it trades around the 70p mark which is still significantly down from it's average over the last 3-4 years it's still a huge upside to today's SP.

I can see Directors purchases appearing again...though maybe not CEO who already has around £2m invested at circa 95p ( bought at 107p and 84p)

I'm thinking of adding another £10k, as I can see this being 70p + before the end of the year.

My average is 74p....but another £10k buy would bring me down to around 64p average

I agree M1Rob - if this SP dropped near 40p ( 35% odd) on July report.

Surely today's RNS can only be seen as positive and it should rebound 10-15p to mid 60p / 70p.

They have literally announced that July's report was scary, but actually it's not as bad as we thought and H2 looks positive???

But a loss being reduced from £143 to £30m.....thats a difference of £113m ........which is massive?

And the Ebitda moving up from reported £48m to £115m ......that's a difference of £67m.

These are huge pattern shifts in my eyes.

The market already reacted the reported results in July and fell from 85p down to 54p. This was all built in

REPORTED EBITA IN JULY = £48m ( down 67%)

UPDATED EBITA AND ADJUSTED = £115m ( down only 27% from 67%)

Not sure the point of this statement? It was mentioned earlier that Playtech were selling their Italian business.

All that was said, was that they may now renew their interest in Evoke....which they offered 156p per share for last year? ( £700m)

Why are you saying they aren't a buyer?

As much as I hope your right Thunder, why would any company offer nearly 3 x the current Sp price for a takeover?
