danielh, hi mate long time no speak, I hope all is well with you. It is part of life unfortunately but there we go, as you are well aware I’m way underwater as I believe you are or were. All any of us can do is bide our time or indeed sell up. It’s really that simple as none of us on this board have the financial clout to affect the sp, we are just small fry.

I just received my voting paper through the post from Lloyds so I’ll put my vote back in the post in about 30 minutes. Bricks well done for setting up a Zoom meeting, unfortunately I won’t be there as a family member has had a stroke and we’re off visiting. Well said I wished that I’d said it. I’ve been guilty a couple of times and it doesn’t do anyone any good. However, I am invested in EUZ and that is well and truly worth a moaning about :-)

Well it’s half past week and we seem to be holding our own despite the shenanigans with displaying the trades correctly. I haven’t got a clue when the next news will land but the bod said shortly so we’ll just have to sit and wait it out. I know people get frustrated but all the indications are that this will go skywards when news lands so what’s to worry about.

JT I hope your health is improving and that you’ll be back on here soon.

Tilly hurry up back onto the board, it’s obvious someone or several people have it in for you and are determined to get you removed. Keep fighting mate, your input is certainly valued by me.

Cjen, well done for offering. I’m not a business man and most of the arguments go straight over the top of my head. I agree with Bricks and would vote exactly the same way. I don’t come on here too much anymore as I find most of it too polarising. Have a good night mate and thanks again.

Highside, actually in the couple of conversations I’ve had with LR before he reached the lofty heights of CEO he used to read this bb. Whether he still does or not I don’t know. But for the sake of arguments let’s assume he does; in essence you probably are speaking to him. Also if you call him he is genuinely happy to receive your call and will talk to you, providing you don’t get abusive etc. As you can see below, I will not support giving the bod a blank cheque anymore so will be voting against most of the proposals.

Have a good day mate, we can only try to register our dissatisfaction in the ballot box, whether it does any good or not only time will tell.

Ben, you’re more or less correct in my case. I’m holding onto these shares purely to write them off against CGT when one of my other investments lights up the sky. Pure and simple. I misjudged when to invest here so it’s my own fault and I’ll take it on the chin.

So the RNS outlining how much the bod want to dilute what’s left of our shares by another significant amount with no explanation as to what they would use the cash raised was for. They don’t have my support for it that much I do know. I’ll look forward to reading everyone’s comments later on.

Morning Ian, Tilly, Sax, Blue and Fish and every other genuine holder. Like everyone else I wish JT a speedy recovery and am keeping my fingers crossed for his speedy return to this board. Fish well done on your short stay in hospital keep resting and recovering fully. Health is so much more important than wealth, but as we all know without money in you back pocket your health can deteriorate if you can’t afford to eat properly. Come on EUA issue that bumper RNS and give our bank accounts a huge uplift. Perhaps then we can help to look after each other.

Bricks, as you know I’ve been here a fair while now and I’ve made sure that I didn’t bang anymore money in here since those heady days of two and a half years ago when we all believed that the sp was going places and every week we thought that we’d see something brilliant get released. Currently I’m 63% down on that money and have long since resigned myself that my money will never amount to much anymore. I just hope that there’s a pump and dump happens so that I can offload these shares. If not I’ll just have to hope that a miracle happens and I can at least get my original investment back. Of course the bod has got our best interests at heart haven’t they?

As for the, could possibly, in the future, value event statements, they obviously think that the average PI never went to school and is as gullible as f*ck.

Always give bad news on a Friday, that way people have got the weekend to get over it and come back to work fresh on a Monday having resigned themselves to the facts that were given. Nothing startling really, jam tomorrow imo.

I said it yesterday and I’ll say it again today, things aren’t as startling as they ought to be, given the news that we’ve been waiting for, I think someone has had a heads up and now it’s panic time in the boardroom. I do absolutely agree with you MFM, how can you raise money with no plan on what you’re going to do with it. Unless of course it’s to give yourself a nice big fat pay rise. All funded by us idiots who keep hold of our shares, whilst the fat cats get let in a bargain basement prices.

Given that there are only a relatively small amount of companies that could afford to even consider putting in an offer for some of our assets. I think it’s fair to assume that most of those companies were around during the FSP so have probably already done their DD so imo the timeline has just been decreased for some offers to start landing on the table. As for the JORC we know that can’t be far off, so all is coming together nicely.

I’m off to play driving instructor Pete again today so I’ll only get to check in now and then. Have a good day.
