I have to say that it’s disappointing that none of the bod have bought in at this level, that would at least have signaled that they have confidence in what they’re trying to achieve and are prepared to put their money where their mouth is. Pretty pathetic really if they don’t.

Pk, the point I was very poorly trying to communicate was that the youngsters of today can’t even repair a puncture on a bike let alone save the planet, and they’ll always expect someone else to do the hard work. As long as they’ve got the tech gadgets their ok. Switch the power off for an hour and most don’t have a clue what to do. I have every respect for the likes of Attenborough he comes up with constructive solutions on how we ought to be putting things right. My final words on it as I know it’s emotive.

Aircooled, I have to agree with you. Today’s youngsters think that they are the only people on this planet who can save it. However, in most cases they haven’t got a clue how to and one thing that is guaranteed is that it will be someone else’s problem to do the job not theirs.

Les, good morning mate, get the physio out of the way and I hope it all goes well. I’m driving instructor Pete again this afternoon so will miss a good 3 hours. Mind you he’s coming along nicely so it’s a pleasure to drive with him now.

In just over 15 minutes we’ll know whether the weekend party starts early, who knows when we’ll get news but we do know it’s coming. Have a good day and let’s hope it’s today.

Morning Les, we’ve made up mostly so all is well. If I can get my grandson to drive with a little more confidence I’ll have succeeded in what I set out to do. It makes a very nice change to be able to see the countryside as a passenger and enjoy the drive. I hope all is well.
