The value here is surely the mineral content the land has no value to share holders.

Anyone who has been following this project for a decent amount of time will know that todays presentation is a seismic shift in approach from the people down the hole, and one that should reassure anyone with a vested interest that this project is going to gain momentum very soon. Financials are nothing new and there are no surprises.

This project is, in my opinion now looking better than at any time.

Back to TW. I am trying to drill down into what we might expect to happen in the next few weeks and a take off agreement does look like a distinct possibility. A takeover, I feel is not on the cards as no one benefits outright and all could lose. At this stage it would be a retrograde step and would lead to a total reset. As we know the project is good to go It just requires $93m of tweaks, not a lot in the grand scheme of things. The price of W and Sn will continue to rise and along with it so will the value of this asset. A take off agreement would benefit all and would not hold up proceedings, which is a major factor. I feel if this is going to happen it will happen fast. Hold on to your hats we may be in for a fun few weeks!

All this is speculation but similar arrangements seem to be in place for other projects.

Ultimately we will not be consulted but I have bought a ticket or two and I am beginning to enjoy the ride!

Just to throw this in the mix. If funding comes via an equity backing for critical infrastructure, they are more likely to want an off take of the product not the company. I.e. here is some cash, get some W produced we want X% of it. The rest you can sell. This a possible scenario and the one I would prefer. Its nice to dream!

The price tomorrow is not so important for those who have endured the seemingly interminable wait for this to come to fruition. I am one of the lucky ones who bought a chunk at 1,24. I am waiting for the sp in 6mnth, 12mnths who Knows when? The one thing I do Know, is that after all this time I am in no rush to sell.

As we now Know the significance of this project has gone beyond what we originally thought or expected. The price is likely to do the same.

Good evening ShotgunMike. I'm hoping your non de plume is a hint to a long range listening device rather then how you make bank withdrawals! I for one have not lost interest, I have learnt that the deafening silence from the hole is par for the course. It would be a shame to shout to loud and wake them up, who knows what they may do! My optimism is still high but that's maybe because I am. All the ducks seem to be lining up, we just need some one to take aim! Who Knows?

For now I will remain giddily optimistic whilst at the same time I have not yet put my name down for the next space X flight!

Who Knows one day they may tell us something for now a change of address seems like progress of sorts (I have no idea why).

If nothing else happens, all the people that have told me I should just throw my cash down a bloody big hole will be proved correct!

The news will come. We have been patient and I see no need for that to change. The chancers might be after a quick buck but I still think we will see a positive outcome in the long term.

As we are more than aware nothing is ever tossed to us from the down hole until they are ready.

Hi Croissant. I Feel that I may have underestimated Cpt Pugwash and the crew down the hole. If and at this point that is a rather large IF they have got this right and threaded the Camel, then funding is on its way. 24hrs seems right.

I believe we may be looking at funding coming in rather than selling out. If this comes to pass then the bods down the hole have done a rather good job of keeping this under their tricorne's.

I know nothing for sure but all elements of this project seem to be pointing in the right direction for once,

Tortoise123 quite an appropriate name for someone following TW, where time it would seem is measured Geologically. While we remain optimistic that all will come good, we no the less only deal in hypotheticals and the very rare missive tossed from deep within the bowels of the hole.

For from being miners they seem more like farmers looking to harvest an interest "in" rather than ownership "of" the hole, as well as many other entities that may complete a complex jigsaw they are putting together.

Their invitation to submit applications is similar to someone holding their breath before diving deep to pluck shells from the sea bed, some will yield what they seek, others will be tossed back or simply shucked and consumed with a little lemon juice and some finely chopped shallots!
