Your scepticism is well founded. As we are all aware the Geniuses down at the hole, have, as of yet have not astounded any of us with their brilliance. This could be unfair as keeping your powder dry is something that all pirates are well versed in! We know they are a shy bunch and don't like to talk to us. So lets give them the benefit of our doubt.

The last RNS did state, all be it discreetly that; "prior grant Applications(plural)" had been made to the consortium. We know there is no guarantee but it is a little something.

The largest grant I can find being awarded was for $30m in October (hey Gingy that 60p looks ok).

For now i will continue to scramble my eggs with lashings of butter and top with Wild smoked salmon! If they should hatch I will share cooking tips for for any birds who disagree with my parrot!

the consortium has stated its intended goals. they are simply to secure a safe supply chain of critical materials required for the weapons industry. w is one of the requirements.

this time next year we will all be living on desert islands sipping ****tails. (probably because the cost of living is cheaper and we have been evicted but who knows). my parrot is already looking at new palm trees!

the info is there for all to see, we just need to fit the bill.

Hey ho. if you go to dibconsortium.org you will discover they are now open for bids from AUS, CAN and the UK. It would appear this is one of the routes the motley crew down at the hole are attempting to secure funding from.

I can find no tie up with Baker Steel, however that does mean there is not one.

The whole consortium appears set up to secure critical infrastructure supply. This could be the game changer we have been looking for.

I for one see a positive 2025 ahead, My parrot agrees and has laid an egg in excitement(I promised she could meet CPT Pugwash).

I am a little thin on details,but have a look and see what you make of the consortium.

Its good to be back in Blighty and find that Cpt Pugwash and his crew have not scuttled the floundering vessel.

While the last RNS may have been a little hurried/ flawed this may be due to some urgency required to submit an application to the Defence Industrial base consortium (US). The kinetic phase of which closes the end of Jan includes metals required for weapons manufacture .

This may be cause for much joy or maybe just a load of flummery.

I may be a little giddy from to much sun but I feel things may be looking up. The recent uptick in price suggests somebody knows something.

Price manipulation. Out of 80+ trades one goes through at 16.23pm for 128 shares value £3.20 traded at 2,5p this opens up a spread of 33% . That was the only trade of the day bellow 3,0p. Who is responsible for this shizzle and allowing that spread to open up?.

Croissant I hope you have managed to make a little out of this. My optimism for the future of the share price is not that high. Every opportunity for raises have come and gone with little or no effect. For a potential world class asset this is scandalous.

Who exactly is controlling the price? or is there so little interest in the worlds third largest reserve of W.

I would be curious to hear from anyone who has tried to buy or sell this stock lately to see the response they had.

The loan debt accumulation is a factor that is only going to increase as time is allowed to pass.

I truly believed that once the MPF was awarded we would see some significant progress to get the project moving apace. This as we know has not come to pass. Why?

I have a suspicion that the former CEO may have been privy to shenanigans and wanted no part of it. Just my feeling and lets be honest, who, with a world class background in mining would be content sitting around staring into a rather large non functioning hole?

It could be that the good people who own the convertible loan notes are happy to continue to hold on and roll them over and over in the hope or belief that an interested party will arrive with funding to take the hole off their hands. I can see no other reason.

With regards to the AGM, if I am in the country at the time I will Definitely Attend, I have always wanted to meet a bunch of Pirates and quite fancy a parrot!

Thanks for your interpretation Croissant. It would appear that not only are we dealing with one legged,

patch wearing Geologists, we are also now dealing in geological time frames. This creates a little concern as i'm not sure if W has a half life and may transition in to another Element by the time they get cracking in the hole!

All joking aside the slipping time line is not great but the interest from an outside body is encouraging if a little vague.

More than a little alchemy is going to be needed in the next year or so to make this project work successfully. We can only hope that our very own captain Pugwash proves to be a great choice. It is early days for him so we shall see in the coming months if he is worthy of being awarded Concorde credentials!

Hi Croissant. Being a child of the seventies, I would revel in captain Pugwash swapping the black pig for a spell on Concorde. However as an investor I hope Jeff turns out to be a debonair Thatcherite.

I also wonder if all employees at the hole sign NDA's when they start, it could explain the silence!

Hi, Salem1973. I think the funding will have to come before the feasibility study, seems to be a bit of a chicken and egg situation.

As we can deduce from the silence emanating from the hole, all is well!

I think we can assume that there is very little wider interest in this project. MPF awarded, New CEO, etc. The lack of meaningful trades in the stock speaks for its self.

I will watch with baited breath as always, but I will definitely not be holding it(Breath that is).

Has anyone seen a copy of the permit that has been awarded? I have trawled through the EA site and can not find the awarded permit, only a draft. If anyone has a link i would be grateful for one.

This project has always been a little shaky. Waiting for the new CEO to start is not ideal but at least one has been appointed. TW As we know now has a full MPF, W price is buoyant and the market is growing. At the moment this rudderless ship is in need of guidance hopefully the new CEO will provide that.

The second RNS relates to a temporary suspension and indicates agreements have been made making forward movement possible.

I feel all will be ok, but rather than continually recruiting mobile plant opps TW could go along way to give investors some form of reassurance by hiring a spokesperson to give the occasional update.

Lets all hope for some positive news from the hole.
