Hopefully they stick to this but when you look at their web site its got a very green clear focus so Ill be surprised if they hang around. Harbours comments were very different though but I cant find them at present.

The problem will be the mythical £3.60 per share......

Where did you see that about BASF Nitro.?

Be great news if true but thats not what Ive heard. Even Harbour have talked about them only staying short term...

It’s a very good point Collingham and we are due some luck.

So the first thing for me is how do we ditch BASF something which would have been planned even before the deal was signed in my opinion. Will they do this through some kind of deal involving Slim or use the cash we have. They will definitely be doing buy backs so it could be rally big numbers of these over a shortish period.

Next it’s what to keep and what to ditch. I’m confident, Norway, Argentina and Mexico stay not so much anything else. We already know we are ditching the worst of our UK assets.

Then you have things like a USA listing and our relationship with Talos which would seem a way in. Harbour really don’t seem to have made any effort to push on into FT100 perhaps now we know why?

I’m expecting really good revenue and production around 500k.

Perhaps one of our numbers guys could share their thoughts.

We have some truly amazing people in our company now so I’m still confident of big things but not to many fireworks for a while yet. Keep taking the money as they say….

Hi DK, What did you think of the possible Talos tie up I wrote about last night. One thing we know for certain. If this is in the public domain, the talks with who ever are likely to be well advanced....

"Harbour has renewed its plans to acquire a U.S.-listed company that will allow it to list and move its headquarters to the United States, sources with knowledge of the matter said."

This isn't another piece of the jigsaw is it...lol...

It was only last June we were seriously chatting to our mates at Talos about getting married.

Now you can add to that the sudden and unexpected exit of their CEO a few weeks ago, Slim buying their shares like crazy and them putting in an emergency rights plan.

"The Rights Plan is similar to those adopted by other publicly traded companies and is intended to enable all Talos stockholders to realize the long-term value of their investment and protect Talos from any future efforts to obtain control of the Company that are inconsistent with the best interests of its stockholders."

Then remember than Harbour raised over 1$ Billion just the other day and you have a few dots which could join up?

So we were hit with 3 lots of news today....

1 We are dumping our tax heavy North Sea assets

2 We are listing in USA

3 We are doing another merger (Talos has to be favourite)

All may bes ofcourse but who knows....

Some decent after hours buys which could make tomorrow interesting....
