Nice to see Andman Development mentioned for the first time in a while in yesterday's presentation.. Our partner there Mubadala Energy which is owned by UAE government so finance for projects wont be a problem.

Layaran-1 Discovery (December 2023): Announced as a major gas discovery

Tangkulo-1 Discovery (May 2024): Announced as a significant gas discovery

In May 2025 a preliminary agreement for the supply of gas from the South Andaman Block, including from Tangkulo-1 was signed.

We hold 143 million barrels of 2c at the present time and of course when we go fishing again we hold 60% ofr the new Central Andaman Licence which contains an extension of the Layaran discovery.

Looks like we this area wont be in our sell basket ???

Just trying to understand Eno selling their NS assets to Ithaca.

Where is the logic in them selling their assets to a company they alreadt own over 30% of.

Not knocking it just tryin g to understand before putting a toe in the water possibly ??

Got 2 major shareholders who sold over 100$ of stock to institutional shareholders yesterday so price crashed a fair bit. In several areas we are in. Dividend over 10%.

So we start 3-4% up.

Oil and Gas then start to push on.

We then lose all our gains and go Red.

Any logic in that??

Harbour have been very clear on a couple of occasations that where they cannot see a way to scale up production on an assett they will consider selling it. I wonder how many of these will get the chop in the coming months and years.....

Argentina doubles Gas liquefaction capacity with FID on second FLNG.

The vessel, MKII, will be deployed off the coast of Rio Negro, by late 2028 and will operate alongside Hilli Episeyo, which is scheduled to begin operations Q4-2027.

Total investment across floating infrastructure, logistics, operations and support is estimated at more than $15 billion over the 20-year lifespan of the project. The first phase (2024-2031) will require roughly $3.2 billion, while the second phase (2032-2035) will account for an additional $2.8 billion.

The floating model offers strategic advantages over onshore liquefaction plants, and greater operational flexibility. Regional LNG markets are consolidating, with countries like Brazil and Chile expanding import capacity and diversifying supply sources.

Argentina's ability to supply LNG to Asia and Europe strengthens its goal of monetizing surplus production from Vaca Muerta and reducing energy trade imbalances.

Got to say I love our Argentina assets and they will keep us going for years.

Mexico on the other hand seems really troubling and there deal seems hard to reach but fingers crossed.

We must be due a government decision on WFT soon so that will be worth hearing.

The answer is lots and nothing all at the same time.

Gustavo Baquero our man in charge is busy in discussions with Pemex and Slim, Pemex seems to be the problem as they are technically bankrupt owing about 100$ which is nuts when you think they own over 95% of all oil and Gas in Mexico. Its seems Slims involvement is making things worse...

The latest delays for Mexico's Zama oil project stem from Pemex's limited budget and staff, leading to a need for changes in the project's engineering design and budget reduction, despite a previous shift of operatorship to Pemex in 2022. A lack of clarity on Pemex's budget and a need for the right development plan are cited as reasons for the delays, which are now pushing first production from the field well into the future, beyond initial forecasts.

The state-owned company expects to spend $370.8mn to develop Zama in 2025, 64pc less than the original $1.05bn budget proposed by Pemex for next year, according to data from CNH.

"Zama is the story of the triumph of ideology over practicality," said a Pemex source who asked not to be named. The state-owned company is studying how to bring in new investors to the project once congress approves secondary laws to implement recent energy reforms, the source said. But uncertainty over the legal framework and the general deterioration of Mexico's business climate will make this more difficult, the Pemex source added.

The involvement of Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim, who acquired 49.9pc of Talos Energy share in Zama last year, brought new hopes that work at Zama could finally accelerate. Instead, Slim's entrance slowed the project, as the new partner had to review the project, a former regulator who asked not to be named said.

Talos Energy, the lead operator when the field was discovered over seven years ago, is now "frustrated" by the poor progress of the project.

Zama first oil was expected by the end of the decade and possibly earliuer with a new ploan.

We shall see.....

Dont forget we only own about 15% of BP Aker ARMANI.

Not to Shabby. Harbour up 2%, oil holding firm and has up 7% in 2 days.

Mexico seems to be taking forever but with the govenment in a rush hopefully at least kasn gets going soon.

Im a huge Argentina fan and its flavour of the month so some big investment going in which has to be great for us.

I got a vibe from the call that we will be parting with some countries but that could be Libya, Egypt, Indonesia who know although we have a great parter in Indonesia.

So far as good since the results and buy backs must be helping.
