My post has nothing to do with the SP just showing what I took it on face value that Harbour take safety seriously, Sadly from your post it seems possibly not so.

Its very sad when anybody loses their jobs and it must be so much worse in the current unnecessary circumstances.

Its something no one cares much about until it goes wrong.

Well on the bright side it gets rid of the WFT, don’t forget not long ago there was talk of extending it.

We can do the minimum for 3 years and then start the wheels rolling. Don’t forget we had great tax incentives for the fields we are currently working on and are making some money from them.

I’m not saying it’s good but it is an improvement maybe huge was the wrong choice of words….

Same here but it’s a huge improvement from where we were.

We can easily tread water for 3 years and produce from the current fields which were mainly covered by incentives.

A step in the right direction and could save the North Sea long term..

Exactly the same as the stock market in general Dan.

People panic and bail near the bottom and buy with false optisum when the price is to high.

I think Harbour is in the middle of both of those now.

When the trading day come we might move up a bit higher but not into space.

Golar gets all-clear for Argentina’s second 20-year FLNG charter

Golar LNG says the second piece of Argentina’s Southern Energy LNG project is locked in: a 20-year charter for the 3.5-mta MK II FLNG, following May’s FID and 20-year charter for Hilli Episeyo. CEO Karl Fredrik Staubo notes all three of Golar’s FLNGs now have 20 years of earnings visibility, with a combined EBITDA backlog of US$17Bn, and the Argentina project contributing an expected US$8Bn in earnings through the 2040s.

What’s next: Hilli (2.45 mta) is slated to start around year-end 2027, with MK II targeted for end-2028. Together they bring 5.95 mta of nameplate capacity, located in the Gulf of San Matías, Río Negro. Hilli will initially draw on spare pipeline volumes, while a dedicated Vaca Muerta–to–San Matías pipeline is planned.

Conversions are underway: MK II (ex-Fuji LNG, 2004-built) at Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd.; Hilli at Seatrium. Previously, Golar indicated a fully utilised Hilli has annual revenue potential above US$1Bn; the charters are set to net US$285M/yr (Hilli) and US$400M/yr (MK II).

Ownership: Pan American Energy 30% (managing); YPF 25%; Pampa Energia Energía 20%; Harbour Energy 15%; Golar LNG 10%. The project carries Argentina’s first unrestricted 30-year LNG export authorisation.

Dan, Re the WFT read all of the docs posted on here the last few days.

Nothing is certain but from what Im hearing and seeing there will be changes and they will be next year.

Not sure I agree.

We produce 150k BOPD from North Sea and have tonnes in the hopper should conditions favour us.

Yes the others would be better being nearly all North Sea focused but we should have a bit of a kicker.

So lets just say they scrap the WFT next month as now seems very likely and we have a fairer replacement.

What that worth to Harbour I wonder. Surely sentiment alone will give us a life.

You never know with markets and Harbour but we could be in for a decent run.

Hedging good, cash flow good, production good and the 3 big beast of Mexico, Argentina and Andaman about to awake. I think the Argentina LNG project was a master stroke.

Not to mention our bread and butter North Sea and Norway.

And we rarely mention Egypt and the others but there is big potential there.

Harbour has always flattered to deceive. Has our Wintershall Bonus" time come.
