Actually it could be a bidding war. A Croda rival could buy yhe golden goose right from under their feet. I mean if Croda dont want full control of Zenakine someone else might. 😀.... Blimey we might even get a buyout from our major shareholders taking it private... Anything is possible now its this low...

MrHumbles: I'm surprised its got to 18p but yes, if it has, 18p would almost certainly be a buy and 5p would definitely be a sell...

Currently SBTX market cap is £15M for everything not just Zenakine (including £2.9M cash)... So really this has been driven down too low... We are now nearly 50% below the most conservative estimate for Zenakine alone... The market has gone mad.

I can reasonably guess the contract says its about 10% royalties because if it is not then Croda management, accountants, the board, etc would have to be in on some massive conspiracy theory. The alternative just seems a tad rediculous. I think the conservative view is to assume its 10%-ish royalties until we get an RNS saying its not... Since we have not had that - and I'm sure the new actiing CEO etc must have read the terms by now - it cant take that long to read - so it must be as already stated (more or less). No different. Otherwise you're going in the realms of a FTSE100 company going along with the fraud. It seems highly unlikely.

For various reasons - including Croda management knowing etc, we can assume we have a contract with Croda to get about 10%+ royalties. That is a given.

What we dont know is the small print (eg when is the start date, are some costs deducted, do we only get a royalty if X sales are reached...

But lets assume its more or less as we thought.

Then surely within 18 months we should all be quids in.... And even if it only rises a small bit provided we have bought a few more we should still make a few bob.

But we know beyond reasonable doubt that Zenakine is selling world wide...

Its just a matter of when we get the royalty payments

The 20p would cover the conservative royalties for Zenakine... But on top of that they get

1) nearly £3m cash

2) Patients to enable them to create a family of cosmetics based on Zenakine type technology

3) Foot cosmetics (big market )

4) Cosmetic technology for Acne and Prosthesis

Really for Croda this must be looking a reasonable buy...

I asked Google AI what it expects the annual sales of Zenakine to be...

This is what it said:

If the board felt they were not going to get Zenakine royalties at some point, they would have thrown in the towel, not advertise for a new CEO...

Sham: Reading your last comment I felt the strong urge to bung a grand on SBTX so I did. If it gets back to 20p something in 12 months or so I would have bagged £3k profit - so thank you . Keep it up... I might bung in another grand.

As you can see there is a potential upside of about 400% just to get back to 20p....... So if Zenakine does explode as "must have ingredient" by 2027 2028 - even a relatively small punt at these levels could make you a millionaire....

The downside is you lose it all....

Dont gamble more than you can lose....

But odds do look interesting. (for a gambler who can hold for 18 months)

Its 6:15p to buy..

I was thinking of the timeline before this share got back to 13p to 20p....

a) when the company tells us when it expects the £770k royalties will come in - that will be a big mile stone.

b) when we actually get the £770k royalities - this will be another big mile stone.

c) when we get the new interim CEO - that will be another big mile stone

d) when we get the new CEO - that will be anohter big mile stone

e) when we get projections of ZENAKINE sales for 2027 - that will be another big mile stone.

All these steps should shift the share a few percent upwards until 20p perhaps even 30p..

I'll not bore you will the misteps that might happen as we know those..

Sham we can be reasonably sure that the product is selling at least OK (as its being marketed RIGHT ROUND THE GLOBE - and there is normally at least ONE NEW ADVERT /ARTICLE / SOCIAL MEDIA POST per day from Japan to Brazil. From Germany to India. Sales will be OK.. It must be the terms of SBTX contract or UK accounting practices.

Often "new brooms" trash the share (meaningfully or not) so as to start from a low base - thus any rise from this low base they take all the credit for. It could be a scenario like that. Make it out to be as bad as possible then build up from there when new CEO is appointed.

I guess the feat is SBTX might be liable for any wrong doing by the board members.... Is this likely? Will SBTX be liable or will the buck be past to auditors and or insurers and or the individuals themselves? Is SBTX liable in anyway?

I cant believe that SBTX have given Croda Zenakine for free.....

So this being the case, how come we haven't got any money yet.....

What the board is saying doesn't make sense.....

They need to explain why we haven't got any money not just say "there isn't any" - that really is

rediculous - we need to know why..... Not make wild guesses...

Do we get 10%+ of zenakine - no "ifs" or "buts"....

If we do this will go right back up to 20p and a lot higher possibly as high as £1 (if Zenakine does well).

If we dont get 10%+ of zenakine this will not recover fast....

Those are the two paths and we wait for more information....

Yes the board say "contracts all in order" but does that mean 10+% royalties of Zenakine sold? .....

Once this is resolved this will fly or crash.

Elrico: Best will in the world. That does not make sense. If you got rid of all the heads that need rolling there would be no one left. The way I see it, the new CEO takes over and its a new beginning. You might prefer a full clear out but how can that really happen without a takeover of the entire company by AN OTHER... Perhaps this is being tentatively organised now .... Who knows... But if there is no takeover then we cant have a full clearout... Its one or the other.
