Every day the investigation continues adds a lot of expense..... Surely SBTX will want the auditors to finish today or tomorrow? Or are the external auditors going to milk this for all its worth?

How long does this normally last?

As someone pointed out on ADVFN it doesn't really matter if it was a buy or a sell, it was the price paid that mattered.

Baz: alas we cant be sure it was a buy. Previous one had "Buy*" - this one has "Unknown *" Probably was a buy but less certain.

Note again it was at a price over the bid offer spread and that is only showed after hours (although timestamped far earlier in the day)

Laura: Lol no I did not buy any last week... As I said I sold most of mine a long time ago. The few I have left however, have gone up loads from 5p to 7p so that is great 😀🍾👍..... But I will not be adding - if it goes up more I will be worth more - if it goes down I will be worth less - but either way not significantly - unless it goes to 20p - then it will be significant....

I'm way too old to gamble - lets see what the next few RNS'es say. This buying on hope and no news is a young persons game.

Ox123: We'll have to wait to see what comes out.... But a KNOWN KNOWN is SBTX is the only QUOTED company Croda's have ever given royalties to.... This makes its probable that there will be accounting communication misunderstandings/errors along the way .... First time mistakes are common - one assumes.

Oke: SBTX have always (for many years) used IFRS. But in January 2026 FRS102 was changed to be more like IFRS. Perhaps Croda, noting this change in FRS102, thinking SBTX used FRS102 (like their other royalty companies) told them how this new change will effect their royalty payments - not realising this is how it shouldhave always been!!!

Interestingly SBTX is the only QUOTED company on AIM or NASDAQ or anywhere in the entire world in which Croda have ever had a royalty deal. QUOTED company Royalties are totally new territory for CRODA.... So its possible there has been a mistep.... Eg QUOTED companies have a much higher (or different) acccounting standard to that of private companies.... Perhaps CRODA have made a mistake and they have only just realised it - and let SBTX know....

Selling Zenakine rights? It all depends on what Mark Dixon's current average share price is..... Lets assume he is a buyer right up to 10p.... That should bring his average down to about 14p.... (depending on how much he is buying). So he might want be happy to escape 15p-20p (we dont know)..... MD is a variable that counts - but we have no idea - he is like a "black box" - all we know is he did own loads. We can guess he is still buying. Apart from that its a guess. Who knows - the big buyer might be somoene else entirely.

Belgrano: The problem is (and is sort of vaguely hi-lighted in your own post) many many many people will feel tempted to sell when (or if) the share price gets to 9.5p to 13p range as they would have made bucket loads of money and some would have doubled up from much higher positions just looking to get out....

So the only way this gets past 9p (probably 8.5p) is if we get some more positive news....

We're currently in a bubble of hope..... It can only go so far....

Whatever SA did with CRODA Royalties - we can assume if he was of at least average intelligence, and if he has no history of being in trouble with the law before (I have no idea) then we can assume that the £750k royalties must have some basis of fact and//or some pretty ropey communitcations between SA and Croda.. There is more or less zero chance that this was delibrate misrepresentation - as any idiot would know it would end in tears.

So lets assume that money is somewhere floating around and we should get it in 2026.

Its possibly another up morning ... Difficult to say.

From the face of it the market is

a) beginning to discount the possibility of a delisting.

b) but has yet to come to a firm conclusion about CRODA royalties but just slightly more positive now.

I disagree with you!

We have no idea what Zenakine is worth until we start to get the first royalty payments - then we can start to draw conclusions. Yes it might well be too expensive at 25p but MD was buying shares right up to those sort of prices.... Dixon clearly did not think 25p too expensive.... Like Dixon we have no idea until we get either a zenakine royalty payment of a clear understanding of the terms of the agreement.

I have a feeling, somewhere there is a tiny leak........ And "positive" news is somewhere out there...... There seems to be too many people buying to all be random gamblers. I'm not saying the news is brilliant but justsomewhat better than the market is currently pricing... They cant all be gullable optimists can they? Currently its going to MrHumbles plan... He is really annoying but MrHumbles 6p prediction has been right so far... Can he make it two in a row and get 9p right?
